Papa John’s Pizza

My first time coming here and I will never come back. The girl that took my order did not look content to be there at all and after I got done ordering my meal she didn’t even wash her hands or use gloves to make the pizza after touching the dirty keyboard. I waited for 30 minutes for 2 medium pizzas just plain cheese. The breads ticks I also ordered tasted like they were made out of dough and self rolled on the counter. Nothing was put on the breadsticks. Then with my 12 different sized breadsticks I got a tiny little packet of marina sauce and got declined a couple more when asked. This is why you fast food employees do not deserve 15 $ an hour :)

Service was slow. I was quoted a 10 – 15 min wait time. I showed up 12 min after ordering and ended up waiting an additional 10 for my pizza, which was a medium plain pizza, to be ready. There were some other people that were cranky and waiting also, so it appears to me that phone in orders are not prioritized. Saw a few online orders come in and they didn’t wait at all so either they were better with their timing (ie they knew the estimated wait time was useless) or their orders were prioritized.
The staff was polite though and I was given a discount for having to wait, so I appreciate that. I try to order delivery at this place because they’re so close, but their delivery driver’s insurance doesn’t cover the cost of getting on the highway or something — the delivery range is weird. Obviously, this is a chain and I like the garlic dipping sauce so I’ll be back but I’m better prepared for the next time and hopefully you readers out there will be too.

Good pizza like always. They even took my order an hour before they opened and the staff was very polite.
