This used to be our favorite, go-to place for pizza since we went to college in the area about 15 years ago. We would order pizza from them multiple times per month. While the pizza is still great, every time we attempt to use a coupon(which are attached to every single menu), a comment is made or it is not honored. If the comments are trying to make us feel bad for saving money, then don’t put coupons out to begin with. Since Parma is a bit out of the way, we are currently searching for a new place and luckily there a quite a few to choose from. Very disappointing since if you asked me a year ago, I would give this place 5+ stars.

Awful, awful, awful. Sad, too because this place used to be good. The gentlemen who took care of us was nice, but extremely slow and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. When we got our food, and got it home, I was completely put off with the amount of grease there was. I’m pretty sure even McDonalds doesn’t use that much grease. Aside from the very excessive amount of grease, the food was just average tasting. Then to make matters even worse, I found a hair hanging off one of my onion rings. Absolutely gross. Very disappointing and I won’t be back. EDIT:(In reply to John) Hi John. I couldn’t figure out any other way to reply back here on Unilocal,so I just figured to do it this way. The day I was there was February 1st, around lunch time. I’m not sure what time it was exactly.

Our households go-to delivery place. Food is always tasty and satisfying. Have gotten many different things off the menu and have never been disappointed.

Great pizza! Thin crust, lots of flavorful cheese and perfect amount of sauce. Could have been cooked a bit longer, but definitely the best pizza in the Allentown area. Ham and cheese calzone was good too, crispy outside and lots of ham and cheese on the inside. Also ordered an Italian hoagie — the roll wasn’t fresh. Definitely a let down there.

Amazing pizza! Came in for a slice waiting for a wedding reception to start. Had Hawaiian and pepperoni roll. Best crust ever. My boyfriend had meat lovers. Meat lovers had prosciutto. It was oustanding. Better than Mineo’s in Pittsburgh.

Mouth-watering pizza. These people know how to cure your hunger. One of the best pizza shops I’ve ever eaten at, without a doubt. Plenty of selection with all different types of pizza, and to make it even sweeter-THEY DELIVER! Parma is highly recommended!

Yuck! I placed an order for pick-up and as I waited for my food to be ready I witnessed the delivery person go behind the counter and immediately start making garlic knots. This is after I had witnessed him put his hands down his pants as he adjusted his shirt– NOGLOVES! The other person at the register dealing with money finished handing someone their change(bills and coins) then go right back to touching the food(grabbing knots and sticking his hand in the paremesan cheese container). I immmediatley canceled my order-they could care less when I told them what I saw–

Stopped in for a quick lunch… My office is down the street. Friendly service. However, both men behind the counter touched my slices with bare hands(without gloves)… Once before putting in oven to heat up the slices… And then AGAIN after slices were warmed. Im not a confrontational person… However, I could see if someone would NOTBEPLEASED with then touching the slices with bare hands. I got a stuffed Buffalo Chicken slice… And it was terriblez cold grubby chicken breast with some peppers and cheese? Not a wink of buffalo flavor. Yuck. Pepperoni slice was all grease and was leaking grease all over when I ate it. Not pleased. Won’t be back… Forever skipping this place! Customer service was delightful… food not so much!

So a week and a half ago we had a delivery order that totaled $ 35.00. It took an hour and a half for the food to arrive. While we were waiting for this food I had to call twice to check when it would arrive. After it finally did arrive we went to eat the food and it was all cold. I’m not talking warm but cold as if it just came out of the fridge. I called the store and they asked if we wanted it redelivered or if I wanted a credit. I said a credit because we couldn’t wait another 1 to 1 ½ hours for another order to arrive. Well I called tonight to use my credit and they told they would only honor $ 5 of the $ 35 credit they told me I had. While I am on the phone I can hear someone in the background saying we ate the food so we are not getting the $ 35 credit. I have never ever dealt with a restaurant that was so unprofessional in all my life. We didn’t eat the food they delivered I threw it in the garbage as we ate something else at home because it took so long. Who in the world do they think they are dealing with and assuming we ate the food. If they wanted the food back they could have came and got it as it was out in my garbage can. Here is something maybe they don’t know. We have been loyal customers for quite some time and either stop in the store or have it delivered at least once a week. If this is how they treat customers in general then please readers take your business somewhere else. While I had them on the phone I told them I will take my business somewhere else and they didn’t seem to care. Loyal customers or one time customers it’s time to send jerks like this a message. Evidently they don’t need the $ 70 or $ 80 a week I have been spending there.

Good local pizza joint. Fairly good selection of different pies, strombolis, and other sandwiches. Not the flashiest, cleanest, or greatest place, but solid all around.

Let’s start with how I found Parma, I’m in the middle of a road trip heading to CNY and hunger hits everyone. I found Parma Pizza on the bottom of the Grubhub list and picked them for the free delivery for orders over $ 10. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, onion rings and some mozzarella sticks. Let’s start with the BCB, the burger itself was transported wrapped in a aluminum foil wrapper, trapping in the heat and allowing me to enjoy a very good and hot cheeseburger. The onion rings although not wrapped were still hot and tasty but above all else, HUGE! They were some big onion rings, had I known this I would of just got them and passed on the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were very good as well, still hot and stretchy. I order this food around 12:55pm and received my order about 30 minutes later, very fast. If I was staying in town I more then likely order from Parma Pizza again, the only tiny gripe I have is that there was no condiments such as ketchup or mustard. Other then that I enjoyed my order very much. 5 Stars! Sorry I could not add pictures, by the time I knew I was going to write a review about Parma Pizza I had already eaten everything I ordered.

Ordered a large plain pie over the phone. I live less than five minutes away yet I waited OVERANHOUR for it to arrive.(I called after forty minutes and was told it would arrive in five more). When the delivery guy finally did show up he didn’t apologize(or even acknowledge his lateness. Then instead of giving the change and waiting for a tip, he said«how much change do you want? 5?». The pizza was 11 $ and we gave him a twenty… pressuring us into an undeserved four dollar tip. That’s a 40% tip for a pizza that was insanely late. The food itself was good, albeit slightly cold. The service was so terrible that I will never eat here again. I’d say the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Parma pizza lost a whole family of customers today!

YOU’VEBEENWARNED !!! If you don’t mind your food with another person’s saliva on it then this place is for you. The dark skinned gentleman making the pizzas was constantly sticking things into his mouth and then touched the food he was preparing. I was there for lunch and the 45 minutes we were there we witnessed him eating things with his fingerS in his mouth. He was trying to do it without the owner seeing him. He would take a topping off of a pizza on the counter and stick it in his mouth. He took the cheese off of the pizza cutter and shoved that in his mouth. Some blue cheese oozed out of the bottle and I saw him swipe it up and stick his whole finger in his mouth to lick it off … he did that twice. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the guy doing this stuff until I was almost finished with my second slice. Made me sick. I will never go back to this place. Another point is no one wears gloves … not sure if that would have helped with this guy but they still should be wearing gloves when preparting food. UPDATE12/22/2014 I want to be perfectly clear that the review was for Parma Pizza located at 5925 Tilghman Street which changed names over a year ago to Potsy Pizza. This review does not reflect any service issues with Parma Pizza located at 3100 West Tilghman street in the Village west shopping center nor Potsy Pizza.

Good not great. $ 19 for a large Italian Grinder that had very thick crust and tons of toppings. In my book it was still expensive for the portions. The ingredients tasted high quality, but the crust was kinda hard to chew. Wish they’d had sauce on the pizza. Would probably try again. Pizza wasn’t terribly hot when they delivered.

Had it twice so far. Asked for it to be crispy and I must say that the owner did a very good job. If it’s always going to be that consistent, it’s a serious contender.

I do not like their pizza. The sauce tates like a pound of sugar has been dumped in it. Way, way too sweet. Meatball sub was ok.

Live close buy and use their online ordering and delivery. The food is great. Wings are good and have a decent amount of meat on them. Their cold hoagies are my favorite. Pizza, strombolis and calzones we have tried and they are really good.
