received written quote for a product for our club, went into store to place order, and was quoted a higher amount plus set up fees. Went to cancel order same day, and was not issued a refund for deposit. Few days later, an additional charge appeared on my card. Filed a dispute with cc company and had to get cc reissued. Frustrated.

I had read some bad reviews elsewhere, but was in a bind as another local shop wasn’t returning my calls for a rush small job order. I was in town for a short time and really needed this done fast. I read the owner was a bit rough around the edges but I didn’t witness that. The owner came through for me and in several days for a very reasonable cost for a work event we were doing. I have no complaints, and no — I don’t know any of them personally only through business. From my experience, I’d highly recommend!
