I have been to many health food stores around the country. Queens in Allentown is one of the best. They have an excellent selection of products, their staff is knowldegeable and friendly, and their prices are reasonable. I found all that I was looking for and then some!

First got excited when found this store, but I get more disappointed every time I go there. Main concern is NOEXPIRATIONDATES(or pack dates) on fruits, nuts, peanut batter etc., etc… And assuming that most of their food has no preservatives, this is unacceptable! Several times I bought food that was not fresh. Also I’ve seen same product in the refrigerator one day and next day it was just on a shelf. I love dried fruit and I tried almost everything in that store, I have to say that probably 70% of items went straight to garbage can:(simply because it wasn’t fresh or wasn’t stored properly, or was sugared to death or just did not taste right(just thru away cashew nuts and dried honeydew, that’s why writing this review). Another big concern is customer service. Young girls are nice, but older ladies can be very rude and unprofessional. Also they do not know their product very well. They also don’t bother to dress-to-work. Another concern is high prices. Another concern is that there are so many items that you can buy in any grocery store that are not organic/all natural. I don’t want to see PRODUCTOFCHINA in organic store. I hope they improve, because I’m sure that owner is a nice person and the idea of the store is good. For now, I found a great alternative –wegmans grocery store! They have organic local foods, aroma oils etc.) prices are lower, great service) everything is fresh!

Staff is consistently rude and uncaring. It always amazes me how some businesses literally express the fact that they feel entitled to the business that they receive. And in these days of online shopping, that seems completely bizarre! This place is full, boogie woogie retail on everything they sale. If you need something in a pinch, and they have it, then by all means jump on it.(That is why I gave two stars instead of one, because they are usually fairly well stocked from my experience). I really can’t tell you how offensively rude, impersonal, and unhelpful I have consistently found the staff to be over the past three years that I have lived in Lehigh Valley. Really offensive!

I love this place they have all my stuff that I need as a personal trainer, however I only gave 3 stars because some of the staff are so so rude all the time. I mean like what the hack is wrong with you people?! I hope the owner will see this and talk to them because that’s so bad for the business… Tell them at least to be nice when we buy stuff we are paying the extra money so we can get organic healthy good stuff. Not to see those annoying rude useless disrespectful people.

Very helpful, informative and have anything you ask for. Every time I visit to pick up some protein or other supplements I leave learning something new ! My girlfriend loves their skincare products! They have so many choices and sans the chemicals bad for your skin.

Now by no means do I even attempt to live a healthy lifestyle and at times I like to think that the classic Van Halen lyric of «I live my life like there’s no tomorrow» might be my theme song. But with that said, I do go to Queens every now and then for the random vitamin and for their in store made peanut butter. Now this place is matchbook small and the shelves are all crammed. So if you don’t know what you want or if you aren’t sure about where something is located, you could be there a while. In terms of price they are not really competitive to a regular grocery store for a lot of what they carry. But the upside is that they carry so many different things that for the most part are always in stock and a lot of grocery stores are not the best with restocking their vitamins and organics. Overall Queen’s is decent because it’s truly one stop shopping but if you go just know that they are not cheap and it’s hell to find things until you get to know the store layout better.

What is there not to love about this place? It’s great. They have almost everything you need for living a healthy life. I’m in the process of replacing all my hygienic and cosmetic products to all natural and organic. Before going to Queen’s, I have shopped around and compared prices. I was fortunate enough to find some of the items I want at Queen’s and they were on sale! some of the items were cheaper or about the same prices. I got shampoo, condition, toothpaste and a mask clay for about $ 30. It’s a bit pricier than your commercial products but I’m paying for good health so it’s worth it. I live really close to this place so I go there often. Most of the times, it’s to browse around and see what I can try out. I don’t usually buy it during the first visit because I tend to research the products online. Such as, reviews for the product and prices. Surprisingly, the prices aren’t that much different. Some may be higher but if you factor in shipping costs, it kind of evens out. In the past, I have brought vitamins. it’s important to know what you want when buying vitamins because it can be pretty overwhelming. They have a huge selection on that alone! I believe their supplements are better in terms of quality than most of the popular brands out there. Even a guy whom I know advised me to vitamins from mom-and-pops stores(ohh and he works for a well known pharmaceutical company). I believe it’s a great place to find just about anything you want relating to good health.

**Yay for Queens** I went out of my way to visit and found products I’d hoped for plus many products I thought I had to order online. The products are less expensive than other health retailers, either online or in the grocery stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was happy to see many choices for personal care and gluten free. They might deserve 5 stars. I will return for my holiday baking ingredients.

Always check the ‘sell by’ dates. I bought a container of Suneen’s Vegetarian Turkey Salad, on 6/14, not noticing the sell by was 6⁄12. The salad turned out to be very spoiled.

Very expensive and rarely has what I’m looking for. Go online for much better prices.

I buy all my vitamins here and the occasional box of protein bars or bottles of organic agave syrup. best health food store around by far.(are there any health food stores in the lehigh valley?) anyway, this place is pretty awesome and is very close to both my home and work. in fact, I need to go there today to get more B5(pantothenic acid) and multivitamins. don’t give your $ to chain stores like GNC and Vitamin Shoppe, go to this locally owned and operated establishment.

This is the ONLY place I go for my natural products. They carry a large selection of organic/natural/vegan items, including soap, shampoo, tea, food &VITAMINS. They can be a bit pricey, but they have the best selection in the local area.

Queens has a great selection of vegetarian and vegan products such as Worthington brand mock-meats and other hard-to find items like Mooshe’s chicken salad, Toffutti frozen pizzas, Follow-Your-Heart soy cheese, etc. They will also special order just about any item for you!

Queens has a lot of stuff packed into its space. The nearly floor to ceiling aises make you feel like you’re in a temple with walls built of homeopathic remedies. I dig it. Their medicines and vitamins section is likely the largest selection in this area. They carry a good assortment of other rations(neti pots and ear candles), a great refrigerated section with dried fruits and flours(I got a monster size bag of nutritional yeast here so many months ago, and it’s only just now running out!), and some fun goodies(like Stonewall’s brand vegan beef jerky — I wish they sold it in bulk!). I am not entirely sure about this, but it seems that they are able to order things if you have some special request. The staff is friendly and well-informed on most products. Like a lot of organic food, prices can be high on some items, but good deals are found throughout the store.

Great nutritional foods store with many natural and organic products. Prices are okay. Many vitamins and natural remedies. Many vegetarian products. UPDATE: I’ve gone much deaper into eco-friendly and natural living and can speak a bit more intelligently about this store. Queen’s still has a great selection of items. The best selection I’ve seen of vitamins and wholistic health. With personal care and cleaning products, with the green trend catching on, you can find many of the items elsewhere(ie Wegmans) and for dollars less per item. Some of the prepackaged organic food items can also be found elsewhere(Wegmans, Target, and even PriceRite) for much less. They carry many bulk items, but they are in individual bags/sizes. They have a very small produce section and you’d be better off at a local farmers market. If you are on a specific diet(vegan, gluten-free) they have a great selection for you. Overall, still love this place. Great one-stop shopping if you have the money to spend, and no time to go elsewhere.
