The crews came in and did an ok job, but beware! If you sign the form allowing them to move your items the managers treat it as permission to lose them too! I had a pair of 16.00 earrings on my shelf that they moved and I came home to one lonely earring. When I asked them to replace the pair, they thought it was worth more to be rude and raise their voice to me accusing me of lying about the lost single earring instead of just replacing it.
