St. Luke’s West End Medical Center

Worst service I’ve ever received from a medical establishment. After slipping and falling in a nearby parking lot, my husband brought me to receive an X-​ray on my hurt knee. When I walked in there was one woman waiting to be seen. There was absolutely no way of tracking who was there first, no iPad for signing in like most establishments, nothing. Just one woman at the counter registering everyone. When she was done with one patient she would just say ‘okay, who’s next?’. After the woman In front of me went, she asked for the next patient and a man that came after me cut in front of my husband and said ‘no I believe i am next.’ The receptionist just looked up and said well I wasn’t hing attention you two hash it out. Um is this the order in a medical facility? Do we decide who gets seen first based on who ‘hashes’ it out better? Extremely unprofessional. Then the woman just said she would take the other client first. My husband and I left and went to patient first where we were promptly seen. Will never return and will review on every site possible my extreme dissatisfaction!!!

Excellent urgent care location. The staff are all professional and welcoming, and you are certainly their top priority when you walk in the door. I’ve been to «urgent care» facilities where I was waiting 3 hours in the waiting room, just to have a doctor examine me for 5 minutes and send me on my way. That will not happen here! You check in, meet with the nurse, meet with the doctor, get your prescription, and you’re done in under 60 – 90 minutes. I will certainly use St. Luke’s for all of my urgent care needs!

Excellent emergency care services! Staff was friendly, professional and I was in and out within an hour and fifteen minutes including X-​rays! Would highly recommend this place for great care and service.
