When it comes to pest control, Sting Operation Pest Control is who you want to call in a hurry! Carlos, who happens to be the President is very detailed, knowledgable, caring and understanding about your sense of «urgency». He knows his «pests» very well from the lifecycle to where to find the colony! I recently called him – today– (skeptically of course) after my husband talked to him and wanted to hire him… After asking him about 50 questions which he thoroughly and patiently answered, there was no reason to not hire him! On top of that, he came out within 15 minutes! I can sleep sooo much better tonight knowing that our Carpenter ants are all taken care of! Called Carlos this afternoon about a wasp issue (which were getting way out of hand, living under roof shingles) and possible carpenter bees. He arrived as scheduled and found evidence that there was indeed damage from carpenter bees in the rear of the property. He was able to treat the problems on the spot and assured us we shouldn’t have an issue for the entire season. He is sweet, yet no nonsense. I would definitely recommend Sting Operation! He accepts credit cards too.

This business is by far one of my favorite pest control companies and, believe it or not, I’ve dealt with a reasonable handful of them. Carlos is professional and he cares, and I would recommend him to anyone in the Lehigh Valley. He’d be the first person I’d have them call! While the problem at our rental property was the toughest he’s seen in years and we weren’t able to trap any rats, his efforts ultimately stopped the problem as much as he could without getting a contractor to rip out the walls.
