Delicious and fresh. They make in-house flavors which are wonderful. Some days there might be a bit of wait but service is always with a smile.

Swal Dairy came to my office building in NYC with all of their flavors — this is hands down the best ice cream i’ve ever had. I got the Pot of Gold, and am seriously considering going back for seconds. And/Or moving to Allentown, NJ to be closer to this Ice Cream. Anyway, if you’re in their area, definitely check this out. You won’t regret it!

Killer ice cream! Rich, creamy, homemade deliciousness that I would walk on my face through glass, both ways uphill, to eat. Swal’s sets the standard for a 5-star ice creamery.

Great homemade ice cream & they had sugar-free flavors. We are from Maine & that was the best ice cream I’ve ever had!

The hype is justified. We are from out of town and discovered this place on the way back from Six Flags about 2 years ago. Every flavor we have tried is fantastic. The best ice cream the family has ever had. Rich(but not too rich), perfectly creamy, and really good and fresh. Try the chocolate cherry chip or mint cookie. Yum.

The only to complain about here is the number of flavors to choose from. Homemade ice cream that is rich and creamy. So many unique flavors that it was difficult to choose, but I guess that’s another thing that will keep us going back!

Walked in here randomly to kill time while checking out a potential construction project(we are from Trenton so I know nothing around there). Man… This ice cream hit the spot! I most likely won’t come back since it’s in the middle of nowhere but wow if I’m ever anywhere near, I will stop by for sure!

If you’re on a road trip between DC and Westport CT and considering an ice cream pit stop: this is the place. Located in a sleepy, commuter town this adorably quaint ice cream shop will not disappoint. The medium, which can have up to three flavors, is a delicious option. It’s huge. Enjoy. Recommended flavors include coffee chip, chocolate twix Chex, railroad tracks and the one with the chocolate covered pretzels. They also offer a punch card so if road trips keep you driving through Allentown it’s recommended you get one, you’ll definitely stop again!

Had the jumping giraffe and it was pretty good. It is all homemade ice cream. My friends absolutely loved their flavors. They had jumping giraffe, chocolate brownie, and also Samoa. I tasted them all and they were delish!

Homemade ice cream at its finest. Thank you Swal dairy for opening a location near me. Highly recommend the jumping jiraffe and the chocolate brownie. Portions are large but prices are pretty standard for ice cream. Good value for excellent taste.

Oh, oh, oh. YUM. So. Good! My friend suggested we stop in while walking around Allentown. I was a little apprehensive, being that I consumed ice cream four out of the last five days and, you know, that summer season thing is quickly approaching. Well, I’m SO glad we did splurge! I opted for a cup of the creamsicle, and, despite being a size small, the portion was huge. The décor is just adorable, and they even have some outside tables. I think I counted 50 types of ice cream, and they were generous about samples. They also have water ice, and I was pretty intrigued by the«Bahama Mama» flavor. This is a great place to sit, relax and enjoy some really darn good soft serve. Oh, and it’s cheap, too!

BEST. ICECREAM. EVER. You may think I jest, but this ice cream is no joke. It is crave-inducing, high quality, creamy goodness. Take 5 is my favorite flavor. The chocolate-covered pretzels are the best part. The choices are endless and the flavors are a good mix of unique and classic. I have never had a bad flavor and the staff is really friendly. They also sell pints of ice cream to go.

Another update — get the After Dinner Mint. O. M. G. dark chocolate with mint — rich, decadent, luscious, creamy, sinful… sorry, I drifted off a little. If you like those flavors, don’t deprive yourself. It’s like an Andes mint in ice cream form.

Homemade ice cream in a very cute little town somewhere in the middle of New Jersey. All of the flavors that my friends and I tried were delicious. Service was very friendly. Minus one star for the ordering process — flavor list is all the way by the cash register instead of where you wait to order(why?) and it gets very crowded, so I felt like I had to make a snap decision in line before I really got to read the list.

I WOULDGIVE A KIDNEYFORSOMEOFTHISICECREAM! If the owners of this fine establishment are reading this, please forgive me! I have trying for months in vain to remember this place and couldn’t. I recently made a list of the best places for ice cream anywhere and forgot to include you. SOSORRY(Umm… could I have a free scoop to remind me of its goodness LOL) This is the best Ice Cream Shop I have ever been too hands down! The Ice Cream itself is old-fashioned creamy goodness. If I could only have 1 flavor of Ice Cream for the rest of my life, it would be there Pumpkin Fudge. The fudge itself is homemade and it literally tastes like they made pumpkin pie and put in the middle of the Ice Cream. It is sooooooo good. I also really like their Chocolate Raspberry which has actual raspberries seeds and all. The best part of the whole experience however might be their service. Everyone that works here seem to take pride in this shop and they are all smiles as they proudly display their treats. They are some of the friendliest customer service people I have ever met. They are so nice its ridiculous! As far as atmosphere, it has the look and feel of an old-fashioned Ice Cream shop. During the summer it’s amazing to sit on the porch and watch life go right by you. It is a Norman Rockwell experience that must be savored and appreciated! I know people who claim that they know the best place in the world for Ice Cream such as Bischoff’s, Holstein’s or Van Dyke’s. They are all wrong. If anybody can find or tell me a better place for Ice Cream in NJ than this place, prove it! PS: They are open only for 6 months out of the year so definitely go in the summer!
