This location provides terrible customer service. They won’t print a drop-off receipt and won’t help the customers. I had an issue printing a label and per UPS customer service was directed to the UPS Store, upon arriving there the employee there would not help or provide support. Instead he told me take my package somewhere else. I bought shipping tape from there and for him to place my own tape on the box he charged me $ 1. No receipts + terrible customer service. I would not recommend. Stay away from this location. The local Staples office is more friendly and helpful with UPS services.

Stopped by this location for the first time tonight. The employee was polite and knew what he was doing. All I had to do was drop off a box to ship out of state and it was a piece of cake.
The location is great being in the Target shopping center and I look forward to using this store again in the future for my shipping needs.

I don’t have to ship things often so I have no idea what i am doing when i come in here. The staff is nice and very helpful. I have just dropped things off here and had them pack a box to ship. This location is nice because it is near Target and there is always plenty of parking.
