Terrible communication and organization. Prescription voicemails never received. Never noted my asthma in the file or recorded the inhaler I received at the office. Refills I was told would be sent to my pharmacy for the inhaler and antibiotics I needed never happened even with a follow up call. Doctor Palmisano told me a separate medical issue would be best solved with an orthopedic that they would refer me to. I told them I didn’t need a referral with my insurance. He insisted they refer me. After two weeks and no call, I called the office and they told me the delay was due to their billing department being backed up and that someone would call me. Never received a call. Found my own orthopedic. Will not be back.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They NEVER call you back and every time I go, I am waiting for more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. The staff is so unprofessional, a bunch of hoodlum girls, that whenever you call, you hear them giggling in the background. You also have to repeat yourself several times because they do not listen.

This facility is great for walk-in doctor services. I have not been to a family doctor in a while and needed to get treatment for an infection. I arrived at 8am, filled out paperwork and waited about 15 mins before being called back. While waiting the staff in the office were complaining and arguing, which kind of set a bad vibe. However, I was relatively surprised how fast i got called back! I was first seen by a NP student and then a nurse practioner gave me the RX. After I was seen by the student it did take the nurse practioner about 20 minutes to get back to me. But the nurse practioner was very nice and friendly. She did warn me that if I wanted to make this my primary care facility that I could see a decent amount of wait time sometimes. However they accept walk-in appointments. I haven’t decided quiet yet if I want to use them as my PC but they definately work well for walk-in appointments. Just try to get there first thing when they open!

I give this place 4 stars for the fact that no appointment is necessary and you can walk in anytime. The wait might be a bit but it’s better than being told by your family doctor that he can’t see you until two nights from now… bleh. But I give this place 3 stars for the fact that even if you HAVE an appointment, you’d still be waiting just as much as those that walked in… uhhh what? And I give it 2 stars for the fact that it’s hit or miss in terms of wait time. Sometimes you wait a decent amount before your name is called(and I think 30 – 45 minutes is decent since I mostly walk in). Other times it’s like they forget about you. Even after you’re called into the room, it could be another 45 minutes before anyone even look in on you. In fact, sometimes there might even be a knock on the door to check if there is someone inside!!! The doctors are all nice, some take more time than others, but all are quick to address any concerns you might have. So on average… 3.5÷5.0
