When I arrived I was quickly asked what I wanted. When I said they needed a minute to decide, they were okay with this. When I was ready to order the staff was too busy talking to and arguing with each other to take my order. This went on for literally two minutes. I swiped my credit card to pay for my order, waited a minute, and then the young lady waiting on me loudly said, «your card has been declined.» Very discrete, NOT! By the way, when I re-swiped the same card, it was just fine. At no point either when I placed my order or when I picked it up was I thanked for my business nor did I ever feel as though my business was appreciated or desired. Starbucks is less than a block away. No decision on where I will give my business to the next time that I am in this area.

I come here occasionally because I work near by. I suppose that I am dissapointed because I’m so used to the Tim Hos in Canada. This one failed to deliver. They always seem to be out of stuff and the girls who always ring me up are a little rude, but the girls doing the majority of the work and prepping the food are nice. They need to switch places. The prices are good for what you are getting.

As a Canadian living in Allentown, I was over-the-moon thrilled when I saw Timmy’s coming to town! I don’t get there often, as it is downtown and I live outside the general downtown area… but if I do get down there, it’s Iced Cap all the way! If they do bring in their chili in a bread bowl, I’ll make a special trip downtown! The coffee and the service are generally what you go for… the donuts are good. If you want a little somethin’-somethin’, get a box of Tim Bits(donut holes). Thank you, PPL Center for bringing Timmy’s to Allentown!

I love Timmy’s and was thrilled to see one while in town for business recently. And although it’s not huge, it is a full service one. They actually serve Tim’s coffee in the Wells Fargo arena in Philly, at least they did for awhile. And they had a mini stand inside Xfinity Live in Philly as well. So, as far as I know, this is the closest full Tim’s restaurant to Philly. I’m from the Philly area, and the next closest one I think is close to Syracuse(and not very good). Anyway, they had a decent selection of donuts and Timbits and most of the regular menu items. The Maple glazed donuts and Timbits seemed fresh enough, even at 3pm. Coffee was very good too. Love it!

Sandwiches tasted good but did not have enough toppings on them. They looked«flat» compared to the pics on the website. The tomatoes were not ripe. This was a let down. I won’t be back.

Not good. Greasy. Slow. Cheap price but Cheap food. Stopped in because I’m staying at the great hotel next to it, but wish I hadn’t. I never say this, but Starbucks across the street is gonna be better. Sweet staff though.

Coffee here is good but not good enough to make me pass Starbucks and cross the street. Donuts are just ok and not made on premises – probably shipped in from Canada. Breakfast sandwiches not good. Lots of staff working here so service is usually fast. Very nice inside.

Upside: best coffee, frapps and chilli around. Bakery stuff is great too. Downside: It’s in crappy Allentown. Love it now, will love it even more when they open one up outside of Allentown.

Been here twice now and both times are during a hockey game. The coffee and mochas are not bad. Not a real fan of their donuts, would much rather go to Maryann’s for donuts but when your cold in the arena this is a great place to warm up!

Decent food and dooughnuts, but their coffee should be sent packing. I go here quite often as it’s across from my office. Their sandwiches are good, and the warm chips are a nice touch. The service is a bit slow. I pay with my Tim Card, and only one of the registers reads my app on my phone. EVERYSINGLETIME I’ve been in there when I get my order they’ve forgotten something. It’s either a doughnut, or my chips, or my drink. Their coffee is not good. I“ve tried regular, dark, cream, no cream. No getting around it, their coffee is poor truck stop quality.

They have been open for a month now so you would think they got it together… not so much. The donuts are good but the cream in the Boston crème is better at Dunkin’. There was no event at PPL today but they had 4 employees who confused each other and let the napkin dispenser run empty. They best part was watching them try to put paper towels in it. Oh geez. The prices are reasonable but the service is just ok. The MeLVin donut was super cool. Nice place for coffee and a snack in town.

The pumpkin mocha frappé was AMAZING. The donuts were ehh. Kind of on the same level as DD. I would totally get another drink though *drool* Anyone in the Tim Horton area and feel like bringing a frappé to Baltimore?! C’mon!

Very nice addition to downtown Allentown. Great place to stop before or after game. Great coffee and bakery!
