Wendy’s

French fries tasted like they were dunked in dirty sink water, threw them away. Fruit tea chiller has an ant floating in it, threw that away. Filthy, disgusting, shut that place down.

This is literally the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The burgers were greasy and the rolls were dry. Tasted like crap and made us feel sick later. How do you mess up a BURGER?!

I have a bit of a problem. A Frosty problem. My husband swears that I should write a book about the different «varieties» of Frostys that I encounter. :)
Anyway, I’ve done dozens of drive thru stops at this location — friendly enough, not crazily slow, and their Frosty machine is working a lot more often than the one down on Chestnut in Emmaus. The inside is cleaner than the one further South as well. Have had the occasional mixed up sandwich or cold fries, but it happens.

So slow at lunchtime. A few weeks ago just figured it was a busier day than normal. But after a few more visits it appears to be a very consistent situation. Hurry up people! Not FAST food

I’m the Duke of this Wendy’s and the mayor on Foursquare. So I’m here more then others. Tonight I’m very very disappointed. I ran out at little past 1am to grab Baconators for my wife and teens after a long day at my in laws. I get there around 1:15am. As I pull around to the drive thru I see 3 employees outside smoking. I go to the order area and sit for 5 – 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I checked the hours on my iPhone to be sure and it says they are open till 2am. I guess nobody told them. I gave up and went around to leave (you have to circle the restaurant to get to the drive through and circle again to leave) and saw a different employee in the drive thru window cleaning. He looked out and saw my vehicle at the least. So I drove back into the drive thru area and was ignored again. So I went home. I’m quite frustrated and will be calling tomorrow. Note the time of finisning this review is 1:40am. They should still be open for another 20 minutes.

i love wendys, customer service is nice, fast service and never complain when i ask for sauces (not like mcdonalds on lehigh street cough cough) haha

Fine for a fast food joint. Pretty clean, with friendly employees and fast service. Not quite visible from the interstate, though.
