I needed a car towed that was about 10 minutes away from home and it ended up taking 3 hours. Before the tow truck driver left with my car i asked if he has everything and gave him the thumbs up. I waited at my house for about an hour before i called to see whats going on, that in itself was a hassle to find the correct number to call. Went on a 3 way call with the the tow truck and call center straightened out where to go. Another hour goes by call again says hes real close about another hour goes by and he finally arrives but he has guest with him. This guest which can only assume is a hooker of some sort from the looks of her and that’s why he got off track. So i don’t recommend this company.
