My family had a horrible experience… Horrible care for our loved one.?Appears clean and crisp. But Nurses Did not take direction from family members and one head nurse disagreed with family and hung up In a Combative manner. Also our experience was they gave our loved one poor hygiene care with both toileting and oral hygiene. Lost her dentures. instead of making an effort to refit just institute a soft diet. Had a horrific butt rash. We had a very bad experience with a family member in this facility as compared to others.
