I highly recommend having a color, cut and style from Mindy. She has been my hairdresser for several years and I appreciate her consistent quality work. Mindy is a professional who has learned how to schedule her clients so that she runs on time. Over the past few years I’ve worn many short hairstyles and colored my hair in a variety of ways. Mindy has the training and skill to do anything that I’ve asked.

UPDATE: Since my initial review, I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General. It’s gotten me nowhere. The owner has responded to each with lies and misinformation about me, rather than work toward a resolution. The girl who did my hair, (who shall remain unidentified by me), has even gone so far as to message a member of my family and tell her to «Stay out of it». This family member merely sympathized with me on my Facebook page. Rather than take responsibility for any thing, they have resorted to character assassination, blatant lies, distortion of facts, and hair «shaming». What is «hair shaming»? Simply put, it’s making a person feel bad for the condition of your hair. They have repeatedly stated that I used «boxed haircolor» prior to coming to them. Yes, six weeks prior. So what? I am a fiscally conscious consumer. I can’t afford monthly salon visits. I get to treat myself to a salon visit a few times a year. A lot of women are like myself. Why would someone try to make you feel «less than» because of that? It’s disgusting. Meanwhile, the stylist, several of her co-​workers, and even the owner herself, have all written their own glowing reviews about their salon in response to mine. It’s pathetic. I’m done with these people. I just hope no one else is unfortunate enough to have an experience like mine.

Katie Burton did a wonderful job with my flat curly hair. After this long winter my hair was dry and had lost its shine. Katie spent an entire hour working on my hair. I left the salon with volume, shine and a great haircut. The thing that amazed me the most was how knowledgeable Katie is about hair. She really went above and beyond. Thanks Katie!
