Buffalo Wild Wings

What a disappointment! We ordered naked boneless wings, carrots and celery. The carrots and celery were so old they were dried out and brown. Disgusting! The wings were good but the dipping sauce tasted old. The parmesan garlic sauce had mold in it. The medium didn’t taste right. The hot was just plain gross! I am very disappointed. This franchise usually has good wings but not this location.

Great place to hang out to watch the game. Great staff and Great wings. Need I say more.

Thought this would be a great replacement to the one we had years ago. Wrong. The support staff is good, the head manager is not. Employees are sitting at the bar taking up 2 seats that could be used for patrons. Food is way to spicy. There is a problem with seating arrangements. I asked for seating for two, could see a table clearly available (place was not crowded on a Saturday night at 8:00), told host that would be fine, manager was clearly disgusted with seating, evident when manager was pointing at us while host was reporting in. Service is slow, Drink prices are too high, Food is average, Extremely loud, Head manager on duty is not nice.

I do really like the wings, however the last couple times I’ve been there, the chicken tasted funny (like slimy). Staff is friendly.

Beers are expensive… like $ 6.50 for a Sam Adams, but the environment’s great, lots and lots of tv’s

This location is nothing but a bunch of incompetent liars. I live 45 mins away from this location but was in town visiting a friend. I happened to leave my debit card there so I called and asked them to release it to my step dad since he works 5 mins from this location. They said sure, no problem as long as we have your consent and he had his ID, so they wrote down his name and put it in the safe with my card. A while later I get a call from my step dad saying that they won’t release it to him because it’s store policy to only release it to the card owner. So I call and talk to a manager who said there was no note and if there had been they would have released it to him. I then drove 45 mins there to get it, just for the girl inside who retrieves my card for me, to tell tell me that there had been a note on it to release to «insert step dads name». Needless to say, I’m extremely displeased, because not only did I waste an hour and a half of my time and 50 miles worth of gas and lease miles on my car, but because my stepdad and I were both blatantly lied to by employees, AND a manger. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention while I was dining in the location with my friend the day before, service time was terrible. It should not take 15 minutes to get 1 mixed drink, be told they don’t have an item to make the second mixed drink, wait ANOTHER 15 mins for a new drink and then wait 45 mins for 2 orders of wings and an order of buffalo chips and an order of potato wedges. 100% would not recommend this location to anyone.

when I was 15 in 2002 I ate there. it was the first and last time. over all the years I haven’t ate there since my first time in 2002.

Want to talk about poor service and food quality. This BW3’s has nailed it! From extremely long wait times, on the service and kitchen ends, to the over cooked than undercooked food. I understand this is in a ‘college town’ but this is no excuse. Needless to say, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I ordered a burger that also had prime rib on it.
It had a bit of a funky taste to it.
We were there for happy hour which wasn’t bad on some drink prices.
But bw3’s is knowingly expensive.
It’s very loud inside and hard to hear your dinner company talking over the other tables.
If you want great drink specials and good wings. Go to tailgaters.

Was not prepared for opening night. Staff was not trained for menu items and we was overcharged!

Many years ago I used to say that I was in search of the perfect Buffalo wing. I’d like to think I’ve moved on. However sophisticated my tastes have become I still love a good buffalo wing. Up until now I’ve always recommended Tailgaters and I will still recommend Tailgators. Yet Buffalo Wild Wings is a delightful place to stop and enjoy some wings. At this point in time they have a special flavor that is made from angry orchard hard cider. It is amazing. I could not ask for a better sweet tart with slow-​build heat sauce and just the thought that it is a time-​limited makes me feel anxious. Well, that may be overstating it a bit. If you love wings be sure to join their Buffalo Circle. They send you special offers via email. So far I’ve gotten a complimentary appetizer or shareable and a free snack size of wings. And they have Guinness on draft!

I was extremely excited to hear that this restaurant opened up in Alliance for my visits home, because who doesn’t love some spicy garlic wings with a nice cold beer? I moved out to Colorado a couple years ago, and thought it wouldn’t be an issue to use my new Colorado-​issued ID at a chain restaurant in Ohio. Boy, was I wrong. It’s perfectly acceptable to check to make sure that my ID is valid, but the rudeness I experienced with one of the managers was uncalled for even after I explained the reason for visiting home near Alliance, and that I was going to grad school in Colorado. I wasn’t sure if I was at BW3’s or in the middle of a police interrogation. Fortunately, another manager was able to validate that my ID was indeed issued by a DMV after being denied by the first.
I got my beer about 20 minutes later, but the food was good!

Nice place. Came to see Rachel my favorite bartender for lunch. Got lucky and hit the 60 cent wing day. Everyone was nice. Food was hot drinks were yummy!
