The first time we used Grove appliance it was to repair a freezer. The technician looked it over and said we needed a new fridge because our freezer compressor was not repairable. We ordered a new fridge but before it was delivered our compressor started working again! We cancelled our order and our fridge lasted two more years.
3 years later we had issues with our stove. We decided to give Grover another chance. Our technician was a pleasant person. He already had the part with him. Based on our description he knew what needed replaced. He replaced the bad part in no time. He also explained the reason it may have stopped working and gave us information on the new part. He was very thorough. Thanks Grove Appliance!
