Alliance, OH
Rodman public library is one of the best I have ever been to. This is one of two branches. This library has so many wonderful resources. The children’s librarian is a wealth of information. She has directed my children to age appropriate books and they absolutely love them. Mo Willems has become their favorite author. This library also has a mobile library called the bookmobile that visits schools and neighborhoods. This is another wonderful resource available to our small community. Their online digital library offers more books than most libraries. I am so excited to have this wonderful gem available to my children and I.

I’ll add a third review of Rodman Libray to mention they also have a very active Bookmobile which visits the elementary schools in addition to several neighborhoods distant from the library.
I suffered two broken leg bones while residing in Alliance. Their Homebound office brought me books to enjoy during both recoveries and they also offered movies.
When governerment funding was cut, the city passed a special levy to keep them in the black. In view of higher unemployment at that time, it really shows how the city appreciates them.

This is a nice and quiet library to visit. The staff is helpful. There is security inside, which is nice as this is not in the greatest part of town.
There is also a branch location in the Giant Eagle plaza.
The library offers many book, CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes. There are computers with interenet and printing available for use with your library card. The main branch also offers movie showings on occasion.

Sterling, VA
Very nice public library. The staff are helpful and if used with the ohiolink book sharing services you can get any book in the state.
I was able to read over 100 books in a few months through this library.
