We eat here probably 3 times a week. We have ordered about Everything that they have on the menu and there’s not a bad choice there. My absolute favorite is the House Cleaner. It is spicy and has a habanero cheese on it it is incredible. The Cubans are to die for and so is the Godfather sandwich.

I totally thought this was a BBQ place. It is not. The one woman show running the place said that her brother owns the smokehouse grill up the road. He opened this for her to run and gave it the name. Ok got it. This is a sandwich place across from the league of justice in Alliance. Wait that’s something different. This is across from the Freedom Center in Alliance. Odd name, because most of the people that go there loose there freedom. I digress. The café makes pressed sandwiches and homemade chips. Most of the sandwiches on the menu are misspelled for some reason. I don’t know if its intentional. Like spelling cheeze because it isn’t cheese. I had a muffuletta. It was spelled Mafalata. It had cappicola, ham, salami, provolone and some green and black olives with Italian dressing. I almost ordered a Rubin but I passed. The gf ordered a caprice sandwich. It was tomato, provolone and pesto pressed panini style. She really enjoyed it. She held up a pine nut and said besides our house this is probably the only pine nut for ten miles. The chips were served in individual zip lock bags. This really showed of the oil that stuck to the bag. They were slightly bitter. I think they might want to change there oil a little more often. I imagine around designated feeding times this place is packed with cops. It was pretty slow going when we went but it was an early lunch. Don’t think I would recommend this for your last meal before the pokey or your first coming out, but it wasn’t bad.
