I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it. The landlord was very friendly and professional. The handyman was kind and prompt. It mostly quiet, due to a lot of the tenants being elderly, but it was a great place to live while we were in Pittsburgh.
The only complaint would be the laundry room. The other tenants do not follow the rules and would take up all the washers and dryers.
Other than that, as I said: great place to stay!
