I don’t review on these things often because I understand that every company has its ups and downs. Because of the awful experience, and the amount of money that was paid, and customer service my friend experienced after the whole fiasco, I had to warn people…
STAY AWAY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! This is The WORST company that ruined a major part of my friend’s wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. The owner is greedy and doesn’t take responsibility for the fact that the cars are not taken care of. The air conditioning was broken on one of the hottest days of the year so the whole party was sweating and the radio didn’t work. The driver didn’t know where he was going so instead of being with my friends, I had to sit and talk to the driver so he knew where to go. The driver said he «didn’t know the area. sorry». There was no customer service after the fact. We were all devastated and uncomfortable because we were looking forward to this awesome ride and it was ruined. They also booked appointments very close to each other so we had to be rushed everywhere… The number one part of customer service! Be flexible! The owner is greedy and won’t give the money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
If they want to stay in business, they should know that the customer is always right.

This is a review for a wedding that happened on 06÷28÷14.
Ok, so I am a little late on the review but I had to review this company because they were superb! My wife and I had rented the black party bus and when we and the bridesmaids and groomsmen entered were floored by the cleanliness and spectacular light assortment that was going on in there! Our driver was not just on time– he was early and extremely polite and friendly. All in all from the contract to the end of service Sherri and the crew were nothing short of amazing. Thank you Boston Elite for making a stressful day less stressful!

I have used Boston Elite Limo Service several times over the years for business travel. Whether I need to get to South Station or Logan Airport at the crack of dawn, or I need to get to a last-​minute meeting during the day, they are consistent, prompt, in good communication with me, and always reliable. The cars are very clean and nice. I find their rates competitive and their team of schedules and drivers to be flexible and effective. I look forward to booking one of their more fun vehicles, like the limo, Hummer, or Party bus, in the near future!

I have used Boston Elite Limo to rent a party bus twice in the past 3 months – lots of reasons to celebrate this year! After an extensive quote search for party buses in the area of Boston, this company has the best rate per hour.
This was my first experience in planning two large parties and reserving a bus. The contacts at Boston Elite were very kind and efficient. They are quick to respond to any calls or emails.
We had two different drivers (Jimmie and another who’s name escapes me). Both were super friendly, answered our calls when the bus was needed, and came around the block within a moment or two of a phone call throughout our long nights.
Another plus with Boston Elite was because I was a retuning customer, I received a discounted rate for our second party. Which is excellent customer service in my opinion.
The only down-​side to the experience I had with this company was on my first rental. The driver arrived at the wrong pick-​up spot – despite sending them our itinerary twice prior to the party. I am sure this was some sort of miscommunication, mistakes happen. We are only human. Because the driver arrived to pick us up 40 minutes late, all events we had scheduled that night were delayed but it turned out to be okay with the 2 reservations we had. It was a stroke of luck! And everything else ran smoothly!
At the end of the day – great customer service, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was disappointed with the limo experience that we had last night for a bachelorette party. Our driver seemed nice at first, and our first stop upon pickup was to fire and ice. However he brought us to the one in Boston instead of in Cambridge like was discussed in the signed contract. Instead of getting there for a 5pm reservation we got there at 5:40pm and almost had our reservation for dinner cancelled twice because of the time. This gave us a little over an hour to eat so we could rush to our next location, and with 25 people it was chaotic. I called the driver 10 minutes to 7pm to let him know that we were ready to be picked up at 7 and he did not answer. I called him again five minutes later and then texted him and said we were all done eating. I let another five minutes pass and then I called the phone number that connected me with the limo company directly. I told him that I could not get into contact with the driver and asked if he could try giving him a call. I let another five or ten minutes go by before I tried calling the driver again and this time he did answer and he said he would be right there. Once he got us I asked him what happened and why he didn’t answer his phone because of the time crunch we were in and he rudely responded «I don’t text» to which I said that we called him 2 times prior. Because of this we were also late to our next nightclub. After we spent some time there we headed to the Donkey Show, but he brought us to the wrong location. This yet again made us late for another stop. We were all very disappointed in the lack of communication that was there and the fact that we were late to every event that we had planned for that night. My suggestions would be to give the driver the addresses to every location you plan on going too and what time you want to be dropped off/​picked up. Also the limos AC was not really cold and we asked the driver if we had the controls set right and he said the more the limo drives around the cooler it will get but that didn’t seem to be the case and we kept the windows down the entire time.

I was very happy with the service provided. The driver was both respectful and helpful. This is the first limo I’ve been in where the glasses were clean! The driver also provided mini water bottles for the passengers (we were on a all day wine tour so they came in handy).
The price was not the lowest, but it was competitive. Since I needed a limo on a Saturday in August and I was booking last minute, I was happy to get a any limo, but then I was pleasantly surprised how good the service was.
