Galaxy Insurance Agency

I am very disappointed in this insurance company. Their prices are sky high and their customer service unthinkable.
I used them for two years. During this period, every time I called them, they would either not pick up (I’m talking business hours, not 3 AM) or answer the phone, tell me to stay on line and keep me on hold for half an hour to an hour.
In January, they sent me a form to go over my contact info and let them know if anything’s incorrect. I send them a letter back with my new address. My policy expired in June and as I haven’t received a bill from them, I called them (five times until I got to talk to someone semi-​in-​charge of billing) they decided not to extend my policy as well as not to contact me about this. I was told a letter was sent to me, but as it turned out they never updated my new contact info and most likely sent this letter to my old address (the mystery is that I forwarded all my mail to my new address, but never received this letter).
To mention the least, I am very unhappy with Galaxy’s service and my car is now happily insured with Nancy Bender Insurance Company who provide me with an excellent service!
