I made an appointment on a Tuesday to get two of our tires fixed, after noticing a lot of thumping noises while driving (and our mechanic telling us we would need to replace or fix the wheel rims). In less than two hours and for one tenth of the cost of new rims, Rob restored the rims and even noticed and repaired a hole in one of our new snow tires caused by a bolt. The car now drives really smoothly. Would definitely recommend this business to other customers.

I took a bad hit with one of my wheels driving in Lynn, due to the horrendous roads there. Nothing but bumps, pot holes, constructed road not being finished for the past 10 years going in and out of the city. As I was driving, my tire pressure measurement stating I was loosing air pressure, my first thought was to add air but that didn’t do no justice. So, my next option was to bring it to a tire specialist. I told the technician I might have a nail in my front left tire, pulled it out and found that I have a crack on the rim. The technician suggested that i should I use a temporary tire, I had it put on and the next day I browsed around for a wheel repair shop. I came across Wheel Solutions and read the reviews. It left me with a good impression so I gave Rob a call. He had me dropped it off, told me in two days i’ll get it back. As promised, he delivered his message. As a one person operation, it can take a little while to get in for your rims to be repaired but the wait is worth it! His rates are very reasonable, and even better is his workmanship! I dinged and bent a friend’s rim when borrowing his car. Rob did an amazing job and my friendship was unscathed! Thank you Rob!

I found Rob through Unilocal after moving to Boston in early December. I needed to fix the wheels that fit on my winter tires and Rob was just the perfect guy for the job. He was quick to respond and despite a heavy workload he was able to get my wheels turned around very quickly. He fixed my wheels and was nice enough to unmount my summer tires and wheels and mount my winter setup on my car. I highly recommend his services.

I hit a couple of big bumps in the road and have had my rims straightened before so I thought I would have my 19″ rims on my bmw checked out. This guy could of been dishonest but he wasn’t. He told me all of my rims were still straight and I just needed a balancing. It’s nice to know honest people are still out there!

Rob is an honest guy and great to deal with. I had two bent wheels, eventhough it did not look that deep, i could feel the vibration when driving. Rob is a perfectionist and after he had worked on them, i could not even see where the bent was. I really appreciate his attention to detail that he used a torque wrench to double check the lug nuts after he installed the wheels to the car; not many places does this. Glad to find my go to guy for repairing wheels.

Rob of Wheel Solutions was great to work with! After speaking with him over the phone and sending over a picture text message, Rob quickly assessed and assured me the rim wouldn’t be a problem to fix. This was important to me as I live approximately 40 miles away from the shop. I dropped off the rim and it was ready the next business day. This was also important as I didn’t have to ride on a spare donut for long!!! The transaction was very smooth and simple. It sure beat the alternative of buying a new rim. Had the misfortune of hitting a huge pot hole on the mass pike going 65mph. both my driver side wheels were bent and could no longer hold any air. Did a quick search on Unilocal and found Wheel solutions.
Rob was very accommodating and attentive to my questions. Brought both wheels down to his shop and he got started right away. He did an excellent job on them, and i have absolutely zero wheel wobble after they were installed back on the car. This is definitely not an easy job, but Rob really has the expertise and experience which made me feel confident in his workmanship. Most importantly, the ride speaks for itself, and my car has a very stiff suspension, hence wheel wobbles should be more noticeable.
