We live just down the road from Tresor and drive by it all the time, and I always wondered what it was like inside. Well, I finally got the chance to find out. My husband decided I needed to be pampered since I am 7 months pregnant with a 2 and a 5 year old already at home, and he’d been gone a lot from working long hours, being out of town, etc. I couldn’t say no to that. He told me to get the works, so I did the ultimate retreat. This includes a pedicure, a shellac manicure and then a 2 hour body/facial treatment or massage. I had never gotten a facial done before, so I did that. I was pretty impressed before I even went in. I used their«contact us» box on their webpage to ask if everything was safe for pregnancy, and Sheral(I believe she is the owner) emailed me right back answering all my questions. I called the day before to ask if I could bring some food since I would be there for a long time, including over lunch time, and being pregnant, I would need some food, and she said of course. Then, on the day I was there, she actually served me the lasagna from the break room that she brought for the staff, to make sure I didn’t get hungry!!! She knows how to make a pregnant woman happy! I had one gal do my pedicure and manicure, and she was nice and did a good job. There were 3 pedicure stations, and all 3 were full, so it was nice chatting with the other women(the employees and clients) while we all got our toes done. Then, I moved to one of the few manicure tables. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. Next, I went upstairs for the body/facial treatment. Crystal did a great job. The first half included a sugar scrub and a mud treatment where they wrap you in blankets and give you a scalp massage. Then during the facial, she also massaged my shoulders, arms, hands, and neck as well. I felt so relaxed when she was done, it was hard to go back to reality. I am so thankful that my husband gave me this experience and definitely will recommend other family and friends go and get pampered there as well! The staff seemed to all love what they do, and the owner seemed to treat her staff and the clients very well.

I get facials here regularly and it continues to be such a great experience ! I get great service, great products and overall a great atmosphere. Everyone there is really sweet and knowledgable. They really go out of their way to give you the best. This is the only place I’ll ever go :)

STAYAWAY I got a facial and the facialist leaning over me had the worst BO. The music was not relaxing and way too loud. The«massage» table was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I had a wooden stick going up my back. The facial was not deep enough at all. The towels used reeked of old mold. The upstairs is a mess as you can see into the supply room. The old house is creeky and needs a ton of upgrades to even come close to being considered a day spa. It stinks. Literally and figuratively. Your money is WAY better spent elsewhere.

Wonderful first time experience. Greeted by one of the owners and a glass of wine… aaahhhh. Friendly welcoming reception. No wait for my services, which was great after a long work day. Crystal did my wax. She listened to my preferences and concerns and this was the least painful wax I have ever had in all my years of spa services!!! I booked my next service before leaving and received a discount for doing so. Very welcoming and wonderful first time experience. I will go back!

I went in last week for a spray tan and it turned out great! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding so I just was looking for a little more color, nothing crazy. I loved the result, and it is now almost a week and I still have a little color left over. It has faded really nicely and not splotchy at all. I have also been here to get my eyebrows waxed and they did a good job. All the staff is very nice and friendly. Will be back!

We went in for our anniversary, sort of last minute. There was only one massage appointment available, so I gifted that to my husband and we had a «couple’s» pedicure. Everyone was lovely, attentive, gave us their undivided attention and made this portion of our 34th anniversary a joy! I’m disappointed to live so far from here, so the return visits will be fewer than I would like. Book ahead, I missed out on an appointment on a return visit because I didn’t plan ahead, totally my bad. I’ll remember that in the future.

Second trip in, this time using one of the lovely 20% off coupons I received when I went before. This time I did a facial and it was looooovely. In a charming old house, you’d expect it to be cold, but it was super nice, the heated bed was toasty and(I know I’m terrible with names fo’ sho’) the super nice girl who did my facial was great and I’ll go see her again, you can bet on it. I’d set it up in the tops of all the facials I’ve had, she did fab massage, even loosening up my crochet claws, and honestly I could have slept through a good portion of it, she had the perfect touch, then there was this pumpkin masque that made me want pie a little, but in a good way. I feel fabulously hydrated and kind of puddle-y, ready to curl up on the couch and chill with a glass of wine. The lemongrass she used was perfectly fragrant, I’ll super do this again, plus it’s only like 5 minutes from my house, so major win! I got some nice products, including this fantastic cranberry butter Rebecca used before when I had my pedi there. A gem, imo, and well worth the trip.

As a recent L.A. transplant, I needed to find a new nail place, so I got the Groupon special, Shellac manicure/pedicure for $ 35. Nice girls(and it wasn’t 4 Vietnamese ladies talking crap about me in their language), clean facilities, offered me wine or water, etc. Not the greatest of services, they were short staffed and very hurried. I think they’re all recent beauty school grads, they were asking each other how to do certain procedures or mix polishes. But, nothing is messed up and my nails and toes look nice, I don’t feel ripped off. Added a brow wax and I’m not too thrilled with that, I’ll probably do that elsewhere next time. Booked a one hour deep tissue massage for my boyfriend next week($ 49 special), I’ll update when we see how that is. All in all, it’s a decent deal for $ 35. I’d have been really disappointed if I had paid full price($ 70???) for it, though.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a couples massage at Tresor, and we took advantage of it on a Friday afternoon. It is located in an older house on a busy corner. Since it is an older home, it does have a bit of the old house funk, but they have candles burning to offset the smell. There is a bit of traffic noise which the music does not quite drown out. The Front Desk person was very nice and offered us beverages of various kinds and a tour of the facility. They have a Manicure/Pedicure area on the bottom floor as well as Massage Rooms and several more massage rooms upstairs including the couples room. I have been to some pretty nice Spa’s in my day and as far as aesthetics go, this is average. I am not going based on how the spa looks anyway but how the Therapist’s does their job. I wish I could remember the name of my massage Therapist, but she was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me a relaxing Swedish type massage. I am not the type to take really deep massage, I like the long sweeping work and she did an amazing job and even did some Reiki moves! Overall I was quite pleased and plan to go back!
