Dr. Jones and Alpha Spine Center have greatly increased my quality of life!!! I started seeing Dr. Jones in July, 2011 for a herniated disc in my lower back. It was an issue that I originally injured in 2007 and would occasionally slip back out of place. Previously, I would have to visit the ER, get «doped up» on muscle relaxers and pain killers and wouldn’t be able to function for 1 – 2 weeks after. All that has changed thanks to Dr. Jones, Alpha Spine Center and the NUCCA method! Not only have I not re-​injured my back (after 2 falls), but my chronic migraine pain is all but gone as well. I was plagued with daily headaches and weekly migraines FOR YEARS! Throughout my care at ACS, those daily headaches are gone and I know only have, on average, 1 migraine every 3 months. However, the most exciting thing for me has been noticing the unexpected improvements in my health. For over 15 years, I’ve experienced excruciating pain during my menstrual cycle. Pain so horrible, that I would beg to be taken to the hospital… on a scale of 1 – 10 (10 being the worst pain), I was at a 20. Over the past 8 months, I’ve seen those pains reduce to a 1, if that.
