Disrespected literally 1 min in. Made an appointment earlier in the week. When I get there, representative told me they do not accept appointments on Sundays and told me to wait my turn. No sorry or anything. Walked out immediately. Maybe I should have confirmed my appointment, but still came off very rude.

We are about to sign another year long lease. That should say enough. Amli employees– OMG– so good, so professional, so on top of it. Any issues we have encountered as you will with any apt complex have been handled quickly and correctly by management. We rent a 2 bedroom w garage and FENCEDINYARD! The holy grail of apts:) we love love love it. We had a few«issues» At our pool this season and Sue came right down and fixed it. She was amazing. Non-resident pool trespassers gave her a nasty reply when she Invited them to leave the premises, she was cool calm And collected the entire time. Kudos to you Sue! Some other reviewers speak of neighbor problems not being resolved. I hear your complaint but don’t think it’s Always necessary to involve the office. I have had nothing but 2 crazy ass people move into the apt whose yard adjoins mine but that is no fault of Amli. Hope to have another successful year here:)

I’ve lived here approximately 6 months and I agree with the previous review. There seems to be no concern about noisy neighbors, neighbors not following the rules with respect to trash/shoes/other items left outside breezeway/apartment door; window covers etc. My biggest concern this entire month is with service. The email they send stating the service request has been completed is just useless, especially when the technician does not leave any note as to what actions and what was done to correct/repair the problem. The email specifically states: «The technician completed the following action(s): [service action(s)]» — THISISALWAYSLEFTBLANK, ALWAYS! I suggest the forms be amended or this be required to be complete before sending the email, otherwise, it is not helpful! I’ve had to call service 6 times this month for two problems that were not corrected initially. If this is what I have to look forward to, I will be moving at the end of my lease. The last thing I would like to add is no one EVER answers the phone. I get voice mail each and every time I call; I think that is also unacceptable. There are times understandably no one is available to answer the phone, but I haven’t had anyone answer EVER!
