Gas oven went out during self-cleaning cycle. Called AAR in the evening, and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Even though I did not have the model number, Warren, the tech, was able to fix the oven very quickly. He had the correct fuse in his bucket, so he was finished in 40 minutes. He took care to not scratch my floors while pulling the oven out and then back in. I really appreciated his using my dust-buster to clean up the floor behind the oven.
I will definitely use AAR again, if any of my appliances need repair. You can’t go wrong using this company! They are number 1 in my book.

Warren, the tech, was on time and diligent in diagnosing and fixing a difficult repair with my microwave. He was personable, and professional. The repair charge was very fair and better than I was expecting.
I will definitely use this company again in the future when I need appliances repaired. I highly recommend AAR!

AAR did a great job diagnosing my refrigerator’s ice maker problem. I am renting a property that has a high end refrigerator and it took a while to find the part. The entire AAR team was professional, thorough and great to work with. I would recommend AAR to anyone who has any appliance issues.
