I made an apointment here immediately after I was engaged back in May. I was so excited and as a newly engaged bride the only experience I’ve ever had with wedding dress shopping was what I had seen on t.v. Our apointment was on a Monday or Tuesday it was their latest apointment(I want to say 3:30 or 4). I cannot remember the name of the consultant that met with us but I wish I had written this immediately after our apointment so that I could be more specific. Let me start with a positive. I have lived in Milton for 12 years so when I saw this store pop up I always said it’d be the first store I would go to! Excellent location in downtown alpharetta. This store is stunning, you walk in and there is beautiful chic furniture and a gorgeous chandelier hanging in the entryway. I had gone on their website and looked at several of their dresses before the apointment. I had them all written down with their specific style numbers. I probably had about 5. I came in with my 2 maid of honors, my mother, my grandmother, and my future mother in law. Now I understand that that’s a lot of people and there are a lot of opinions and we are all very excited. However, this could not have been the consultants very first time working with an excited bride and her family. Here we go: She was rude and did not want to start until exactly the apointment time(we were only 5 minutes early). She kept saying how she just got done with an apointment and was exhausted and we were her last apointment of the day. And she continuously repeated that I would only have time to try on 7 dresses(that’s fine but we finished up the apointment 30 minutes early, she just wanted to go home). Out of the 5 dresses I had found on the website they only had 1 actually in the store(so she said). The dresses I tried on here were beautiful and I would have bought one that day if it wasn’t for my family saying we should look around a little more. Everyone was completely turned off by the experience. Se was annoyed if a family member said they’d like to see a dress on me and she complained about my family to me in the dressing room. I started to think that maybe t. v shows were just a fantasy and this was how wedding dress shopping really was. Thank GOD I kept looking and found my dream dress a Bel Fiore Bridal in Marietta where the customer service was and has continued to be absolutely amazing. I still have not found a veil and this store had a broad selection of stunning veils. However, I refuse to go back because of the customer service experience we had with this woman.
