I was in a major dilemma and needed repairs asap to put my house on the market. Andrew at Atlanta Property Matters was awesome! He repaired my ceiling in two hours and even traded ceiling paint with me so I’d have a better match! Thirty minutes after he left, I ran into an issue with my new stove just being delivered. I called the office and Andrew came right back and saved the day again! I have never been so impressed with a handyman before, all with great quality work, professional integrity, and sincerely caring to help the customer out. Great guy and great company!

Yes property matters may have won in small claims court… But i know the dishonest work that was done in our house and I will appeal it in state court. I refuse to pay for dishonest, negligent and unprofessional contractor like Andrew and Atlanta property. I would rather give that money to a lawyer to prove my truth, rather than pay for dishonesty. I will keep fighting dishonest inexperienced handyman contractor Andrew J until everyone knows how bad of an experience I have had with his company Atlanta Property; where the only thing that matters is ripping customers off. I will not be paying for work i did not approve. Andrew can sit here and tell you about a small claims court decision. Honest truth is that, I the customer will tell my fellow customers how I feel and felt after dealing with this company. no one should have to go through what Andrew and Atlanta property has put my family through. Being that we are new residence in the area recently from Seattle and just had a new baby here in Atlanta. I had to spend a whole day in court instead of spending special moments with my new daughter. He is lying right now by saying he went out of his way to make this right. If he really made that effort, 1: we would never be in small claims court; 2: I would not strongly feel like I have to fight to win my appeal and waste more time and money. Thats how much he cares for his customers. If you don’t like what he did… too bad! He will take you to small claims court. Check My Photos and You be the Judge.

Excellent! Best handyman ever! We had two storm doors that were broken, one was so bad we were ready to replace it. Andrew was able to perform miracles, he actually went inside the door and screwed together loose parts that were causing the door to malfunction. He got both doors working like new, and also did some other work I needed. He saved us tons of $$$ not having to buy another storm door! Highly recommend. A good handyman can be worth his weight in gold, and this one is!

The service and skill at Atlanta Property Matters is unmatched. I’ve used several ‘handy men’ and contractors ONCE. Now that I found APM, I have a go to repair service. The entire experience was second to none — from scheduling to follow-​through. They accept weekend appointments, call to confirm the appointment, perform quick and accurate service — with a smile I may add, and follow up with an email and phone call.
