Aveda Store

The products here are similar to the ones offered in Buford, it’s just that the genuine customer service level is severely lacking. This one new associate had an attitude and seemed impatient when I asked a question. Um. Yeah. I’m unfamiliar with the products you guys offer. –_–
I would recommend the Buford location versus this one. I’d give this place another shot to redeem themselves, but the other location is just sooo much better.

Amazingly knowledgeable about their products and how to use them in sequence. Most of the stores at North Point mall have lackluster service, so it was nice to have such a great interaction. I also love that their products are more herbal in scent. I spent quite a bit and will be back for more when I run out,

After ordering a liter of Rosemary Mint Shampoo and Conditioner from
, I needed to exchange for a product safe on my colored hair. After speaking with online support to call the Northpoint Mall store for exchange policies, and speaking to a store associate that I could EXCHANGE but not be refunded in the store.
When I went into the store I was greeted by the store manager, and quickly and rudely told that the store does not exchange online purchases. I explained that I was told (and named who I spoke with) I could exchange earlier that day. She begrudgingly exchanged and complained that she had to mark the online purchase as damaged. Then proceeded to mark all over the product «damaged» in red marker in front of me. Loud and clear, your not happy to exchange product.
After this unprofessional and rude service by the store manager I will never purchase my Aveda products here. Spend your time and money at an Aveda salon, preferably Joseph & Friends Roswell.
