Dr. Bender is absolutely wonderful. She knows what she is doing and gets you in an out. She always has availability in her schedule even though they are super busy. I love the staff there, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They accept most insurances and are willing to work with you if you can’t pay the full price for you glasses or contact lenses immediately.
I went there because I was having horrible headaches and having trouble seeing at night. Dr. Bender did my exam and prescribed me glasses so good I feel like I’m a super hero. I can literally see everything… kinda makes me feel like I was blind before I went to her. Anyway since then I have taken my Mother who is elderly to her and my daughter as well. She has seen all 3 generations and she has taken great care of us.
She also loves to bake… so with every single appointment you get a box of her homemade goodies! When I tell you she could open a bakery… please believe me! Delicious!
The prices are reasonable and they have a very large variety of frames to choose from. They are right next to Starbucks which is super convenient if someone has an appointment and you don’t want to wait inside. There is tons of parking because they are located within a shopping center. You could even walk over to Public and grab groceries while you are waiting as well.
Overall excellent service, very professional, clean and kind. I am so happy she is my eye doctor! Thanks so much to the staff especially Alicia! Xoxo

Bender Eyecare I can’t recommend highly enough for professionalized, personal eye care. If you’re looking for a great optometrist, look no further; you will not be disappointed in the individualized attention quality of care.

Excellent Dr. This was our first visit to Dr. Bender and we will be returning for all future eye exams. She was so patient and sweet with my children ages 6,3,2. By the end of the visit my kids wanted to know when we’d be returning! The office staff were also very kind and helpful. All around great experience! 11÷7÷2014

Excellent experience — easy to make appointment with evening and Saturday office hours, plenty of parking, no waiting once you are there, contacts and glasses can be ordered in-​house during appointment time, easy checkout (costs given to me up front) and Dr. Bender is thorough and informative yet appointment took half the time my prior eye doctor took for an appointment. Glad we found this practice!
