they really deserve no stars. ordered from them in the past and had no problems. for some reason the order i placed about 2 months ago they can not get right and it was very simple. 8000 candy cups. what’s so hard about that? received the ordered and when i opened it up only 1 tube was completely full. the others were either ¼ — ½ full. called and they said they’d replace the missing items. received it and again the tubes were only ¼ full. called again and was told that the missing items were going to be shipped and i should be receiving a shipping number. that was about 2 weeks ago and still nothing. they like to take peoples money and not ship them what was ordered. do not recommend them and i will never use them again. they are nothing but a scam.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I deal with a lot of vendors in running my business but this one is the worst. They never meet their own shipping deadlines. Their own customer service is dreadful and the worst part they lie when speaking with you and when you catch them in the lie there is no apology. I will never order from them again!!!

SHADY! Box and Wrap is not at all what I expected. They’re a shady business. This place deserves 0 stars, it’s no wonder they have an «F» grade under the BBB — probably why they’re not accredited by them. This company shouldn’t be trusted, let alone be open. Unfortunately, Unilocal wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars, so I HAVE to give them ONE… My excuse for the one is because it APPEARED to be easy purchasing from their website and it appeared that they had a good selection. You can’t even get a hold of their customer service via email OR phone. They don’t respond to emails or allow anyone to leave a message which makes returns or complaints impossible. I purchased one little item in April 2012 and a month later, I STILL haven’t received it!!! I emailed them and tried to call them to find out what was going on and then finally wanting a return and they never responded. Funny, when I emailed and said I wanted to cancel my order, my status on their website immediately said that it shipped! I needed my item last week and had to go out and buy it elsewhere, making me spend more of my hard-earned money! First, who knows when or IF this item will indeed arrive in my mailbox or at my doorstep and SECOND, I probably won’t be able to return it, because they make it impossible to contact them. Don’t even bother thinking whatever they put on their website to promote customer satisfaction and policies on returns are true! It’s a bunch of mojo trying to earn your business. Customer Service hours don’t even matter — you won’t be able to speak to anyone or leave a message anyway. You will be dissatisfied in the end unless you don’t care when you receive your item or losing your money(read my tip!) Box and Wrap — shame on you! I hope this review will help other customers to be careful…

All the reviews before me are correct. I am experiencing everything they mentioned. Wish I would’ve done the research first! I placed and order and they sent me the wrong product. I have been emailing and leaving messages and no one returns my call in the business day like they say they will. All I want is the product I paid for. Another one of my items was also back-ordered, over a month later and still has not arrived. They SUCK and I see now their BBB rating is F! I will also complain with BBB.

I dont think they are a scam just very poorly managed and run I ordered a few things from . Most of my item arrived ok and on-time. One major part of my order never came and I’m now told its backordered. If you go the site you will notice that live help is never live. There is no one ever available to talk to. I emailed them and left several messages with several question prior to making my order and they never returned my email or call. Its as if there is no one actually working, just an on-line webpage thats up and running by itself. Thats what it feels like. Save yourself the hassle and time and order from a real company. Answering emails and phone calls would be a very good start. I would not choose boxs and wraps. They are not reliable, no customer support or service and they don’t answer calls. I too will complain to the BBB if I don’t get my order soon. My guess is that they are really located in India or Africa and that they just drop ship from different companies in the US. Most companies you place your order and you know what is going on with it every step of the way. When dealing with boxandwrap you feel like your in the dark about everything. I need my order for a wedding and i’m very afraid I wont get in time to prepare. Now a days consumers have a choice. If I had to choose again I would not order from them again. If I get my order soon i’ll give them a few more stars in that department. In the service department they are lucky they don’t have a half or ¼ star rating, because thats what they deserve.
