Worst Burger King ever. Who’s managing this place? Employees are sitting down in a booth while the others are running around trying to serve customers. The food was also cold when I got it. What the heck bk?

Horrible experience. Waited 15 minutes No ice. No ketchup. People leaving without their food even after they paid. If BK wants to survive in this crowded fast food market they better work on service and management.

3:30 pm on a Tuesday and no one else is here. Extremely dirty inside and poor service! Trash all over the tables and floor, along with a chocolate cookie that has been stepped on, on the floor that looks like a huge piece of dog shi*. There at no lids for small or medium drinks and the whole beverage bar looks like a tornado blew through. I wish I could tag photos to this post because the owner would be very angry with their staff if they saw what I saw. I will not be returning.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King all my life. It needs TLC, I’ll admit, but there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with it. The food is fine and so are the employees. They have strange hours and the building is old and worn down, but these are the only flaws. I have never had any problems here.

I NEEDMORETHANNICE! Yes the people here are nice, but I need more than nice I need CLEAN. The first thing I notice is the dirty mat right in front of the ordering station. It is disgusting and needs to go. I do a general display of the ordering counter and table tops, they have been cleaned. However, as I go to the serving station to pick up the napkins, seasonings and water, I notice that the area if filthy. I inform the associate. I then go and have a seat by the rear door,(so that I don’t have to see this while I am eating). The food is delivered as ordered but my sandwich was not as piping hot as my previous experience, the hashbrowns tasted as if they were cooked in yesterday’s oil and so I did not eat them. Last week I ventured into a Burger King after approx 7 years and had a great experience at a different location so I was feeling pretty hopeful about this meal. Unfortunately, my hope was dashed and I was suddenly reminded of why it had taken me so long to visit another Burger King. Dear Burger King, please take more pride in your store and understand that your customers notice when you don’t and appreciate when you do!

Have been to this place in the past and never again Filthy dirty, no orientation towards service. Other than the fact it has a BK name on it with good recognition, this place would be bankrupt in two weeks if it did not have a strong brand behind it.

Ordered 8 items in drive-thru, here’s the breakdown: 1 item missing 1 item w/giant insect leg in wrapper 1 item overflowing with ketchup and mustard All items cold 1 item very old Any questions? Couple this with the slowest service you will ever experience at a fast food place.

One of my favorite BKs! They’re very accurate and friendly and will go out of their way to ensure that you’re happy! I love the menu changes and that they’re always trying something new. You can’t beat the $ 0.50 ice cream cone! If you come inside, they’ve got a great kids area with a bathroom inside the enclosed room.

We all know what we are getting when we order fast food, so this review focuses on comparing this Burger King to other Burger Kings. This is definitely the worst BK restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to the drive-through 6 times now. On one occasion, after I ordered, it took over 15 minutes until I received my food and was given a very quick«sorry». I really expected them to offer something for free given the out of character behavior for a fast food place. I’ve since learned, the reason they can’t do that, is because it ISN’T out of character for this particular BK. Since then, two other occasions resulted in me leaving the drive-through line after ordering, but prior to getting my food because I was just sitting there 5 – 10 minutes after ordering. As another poster mentioned, there aren’t many options for drive-through around here, so next time I am looking for lunch and it is raining, I will just bite the bullet and park and go Publix for a sub. Avoid this place!

I cannot tell you how bad this particular Burger King is. Unfortunately, it is one of the only drive-through restaurants in my close vicinity so when I’m in a hurry, I keep giving them another chance. I would say 80% of the time the food is either cold, or lukewarm, or they screw up my order. The food is never hot and juicy and fresh tasting. It is consistently a disappointment so I suspect it’s under poor management. I even wrote their corporate headquarters because it’s so disappointing that one of the only places that’s so close to me is such a bad place to go.

I am starting to like the changes that BK is undergoing. I remember coming in this place as a teen– it was kind of dumpy and blah-ish. It def used to be a 1 – 2 star joint. And then something happened, I am not sure what, but I think it has a promising future ahead of itself. The menus have been replaced too, with plasma tv screens– I like that a lot! They even brought salads, fruit shakes, and other healthy items into the mix, I hear for the first time in 56 years! Unfortunately I cannot try these salads, as I am allergic to a preservative they put in their fruit and certain veggies, but it is good to know they have them available(I can def see someone subbing fries for a salad!).
