I LOVE Chick Fila! I have been a regular at Chick Fila for many years, but I can’t stand this location. Every other Chick Fila goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. This location does not. They regularly fail to give me my receipt until I ask for it. I’ve gotten soggy fries, the wrong food, and the wrong amount of change more than once. Every other location gladly accepts the survey receipts for the free chicken sandwich, but this location is a big pain. If you order the deluxe and try to pay for the upcharge, they give you a hard time or refuse and tell you you have to order the plain chicken sandwich to use the coupon. Other locations will even use the coupon and take off that dollar amount on nuggets etc. This location will not even consider that. I hate going to this location which is sad because it’s close to home, but I’ll go out of my way to go to any other location.

I love this place… My home base location. Great all around, however, just make sure if you are using drive thru that you check your order.. They have been missing my special orders lately!

This location is the one I frequent the most and the staff is just awesome. They’re always super friendly and kind, always willing to help get refills or carry food to the table for me, and I appreciate the customer service that this location provides.
I love that each month there’s a great family activity and then each month there’s a toddler activity during the morning that I can attend with my son.
Their drive-​thru is always busy, but they’re so efficient that it goes fast. This is one of the best in the area!

I have gone to this location way too many times to count and every single time the food and service are great. The staff is on point, well trained and never sassy. Great customer service! Thank you for having a fast food restaurant this well maintained!

One of the most efficient ChicFilA’s I know. I have been a customer for years and this location is always serving chicken with a smile. You can guarantee that they will see you off with their classic, «My pleasure.» This morning I passed by at 7 am and craved some of their spicy chicken. Lucky for me it was breakfast time, so I spoiled myself by getting the spicy chicken biscuit. Drive thru was empty when I placed my order and within 2 minutes there were four other customers behind me. It is a good thing that they have two drive thru ordering menu’s to keep the line moving. I try to avoid this place during peak hours, like before local high schools start class and lunch hours. If you pass by and want to eat, I would recommend stopping here as you will happily find everything you need.

I had to travel for work so I requested we go here for lunch.
I was MORE than happy!
I had a grilled chicken sandwich, no bun. (making it gluten free) The chicken was marinated and amazing and it was juicy. The waffle fries were so good! And I had a chocolate shake that was delicious on such a hot day!
To top it off there was fresh flowers on my table. Are you serious? So impressed. I really hope we get a whole bunch up here. I would go all the time!

I’ve been back several times since my original review and it looks as if some new blood has been brought in. The employees we’ve encountered have been quite helpful and downright friendly.
Its still too cold in there and it is still a royal pain in the arse to stand in line AGAIN to get a soda refill.
The restaurant itself, since the remodel, is so much cleaner. The condiment areas are located in weird places but no biggie. It seems as if they are doing a much better job of separating all the children from the people that don’t want to be knocked over by them. Yay!

I love this place. The food is pretty much the same at every location but what I love is there employees. They have great manners. I came in today and when I was given my food the employee said to me «here you go miss. You have a great day.» And I will.

I love this Chickfila! They always get our order right! Drive thru is always quick now that they have the double lanes! If we go inside to eat the staff is always very polite & will come by our table to see if we need refills, condiments etc.

They’ve recently reopened after a remodel and the addition of a second drive-​thru lane. Since the grand reopening, I haven’t noticed the previous problem of moldy blueberries in the fruit cups, so that’s a bonus. The service is also super speedy, not that it was ever slow here, with the second drive-​thru lane.
We ate inside recently and were a little surprised by the fact that they deliver orders to the table. This was nice but a kind of odd at the same time. I found it a little difficult to locate the condiments, extra napkins, and silverware because they aren’t centrally located in the restaurant but instead behind a wall near one of the entrances.
I’m happy that they’re back in service, despite my sometimes less than stellar experiences before the closure. Still a CFA addict at heart. Oh and I found the picture of our sandwich from 2013 that was missing the top bun (as mentioned in my prior review). I’m including it now because it was hilarious.

New store has re opened with a bang! Offers table service with no additional cost. Need more parking for all the new crowds. Classy!

I think the manager of this store is super cute … That’s why I keep coming back. (at least I’m honest) …

I have no idea if UPS and Chick Fil A have some secret coalition formed, because EVERY time the drivers in my building get breakfast, it always seems the boss men get a gazillion chicken biscuits. Over the years of working at UPS, it still seems to hold true.
Well, my employees are very hard workers, and when working in the middle of the night, a lot of my guys have second jobs and/​or families to go to. This is where this place comes into play.
This location is technically the closest food establishment to my house, so in terms on convenience, it wins. Also, the location by North Point Mall, is one of the closest food places open by work at that time. Understand the correlation yet?
Every once in a while, they always ask, «Tom, when you gonna get us biscuits?». Due to the nature of my job and the time I work, bringing FRESH CFA to work, is out of the question. That is where the gift cards come into play.
I can come to this location on a «down time» — usually around 430 PM, and go to the counter and ask for how many ever gift cards I need, at whatever amount. It is always there pleasure! They do it quickly, and with a smile. They even put each receipt with each card, so I can leave with a peace of mind. And best of all, when I give them to my employees, they are grateful and their hunger satisfied (assuming they didn’t do godknowswhat with the cards).
In terms of the food here, I usually don’t eat here as much as I used to, as it just gets so busy. The chicken is good, but I will admit, the fries are inconsistent– but I find that anywhere serving them (fries).
All political stuff aside, this has been my home CFA for years, and it rarely disappoints.
Except for the mother-​fin parking lot…

Well Chick Fil A Sandwiches go together with gay marriage like me and a restaurant full of Soccer Mom’s with screaming kids. To say this place is crowded at lunch-​time is an understatement. This location’s food is as good or bad as any of the other locations around but with stay at home crowd hitting this place hard I try to avoid it as much as possible.

I am a sucker for CFA. When the wife wants me to go somewhere and I don’t want to go she adds, «We can stop at Chick-​fil-​a.» This one is no different. They pride themselves on good service, hot food.

Wonderful spot. Super friendly! It was definitely near closing time and they still were courteous to us. I also ordered a kid’s icedream cone (when I meant to order the regular small kind) and they still hooked it up at no additional charge.

Great spot– clean, very friendly. They even bring the food to your table and have a few flowers on every table. Only bad thing is that it can get a little annoying when teenagers start to crowd the place at late nights.
