Came here Sunday night and the food and service were ok. We ordered the triple option and the Boneless Buffalo Wings came out cold and very sour. The Southwestern Eggrolls and Mini Sliders were good though. The Southwest Chicken Soup tasted very salty and wasn’t hot. We also ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and Cheese Fries and those were very delicious. My friend ordered the Chipotle Chicken Pasta and she said it was amazing. I might come back, but during less busy hours so the food comes out hot.

NONONONONO! I came here on a not so busy day… it took us 30 minutes to be seated and then after we were seated it took about 15 minutes to get our drink orders. I ordered the chicken crispers but had a terrible experience. I took one bite into that chicken only to find out it wasn’t even cooked all the way. accidentally swallowing that piece, I cut open the other piece of chicken only to see that it was completely pink on the inside. I could no longer continue with that meal. They offered to give us desserts but nothing they could do or say could help with the uncooked chicken I had eaten. Don’t go here guys! I’m telling you this place is NOT worth it.

This restaurant is the same as it usually has been, which is a good thing. Good atmosphere, great burgers and good drinks. The chicken fajitas are goo. Not a fan of the broccoli as they don’t have that much flavor. The place does have a couple of tv’s at the bar and evening in the dining area.

This location doesn’t deserve the reputation the stars give it. Service was friendly and my mug of sweet tea was never empty. ‘Bottomless’ chips and salsa never ran out. The burger and fries weren’t quite as hot as I would have liked, but I was already full on chips and salsa when it arrived. The rest of the family was satisfied with their food. Bathroom needed attention. All in all, it was a good experience and we will come here again if we are in the area and really want Chili’s. There are better restaurants in the area, but if you want Chili’s, this is one, and they do a good job.

I don’t eat here a lot but was surprised at how good the food was. The waiters were friendly and the manager came by the table twice to see how we were doing.(I don’t know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.) The final bill was reasonable and all in all I have no complaints. I’ll be back.

Ordered«to go»…the food was ready before the quoted time as I arrived 5 minutes early which I thought was good. However, it was clearly ready a lot earlier as I live less than 3 minutes away and the food was cold and needed to be reheated when I got home. The steak was ordered Medium but was almost Well done. Definitely closer to Well than even Mid-Well. Potatoes were a lump of cold potatoes on tinfoil. The Corn was over cooked and had no flavor except the shaker of pepper they put on it. This is not the typical Chilies experience I have had in the past. First time to this location so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and will try them again before crossing this location off my list.

It was ok. First off they didn’t have potato skins, which is what I really wanted. It really irritates me when items aren’t available on the menu. Something about the food’s flavor was missing. I ordered a smokehouse burger. The house sauce tasted like thousand island, which isn’t really a good thing unless u love that dressing. I was extremely hungry so I ate it, but I wasn’t thrilled with my food. It took a while to get the food as well. Mediocre experience.

Do not eat here! Ordered take out twice and both times food was wrong and no drinks given with kids meals.. the 2nd visit was paid with vouchers from the first issue.. my kids meal burger was raw! Uncooked! Pretzels were wrong and cheese cold and solid.. Not heated! Called the manager Mike who thought the issue was funny enough to laugh at me several times. Was adviced to call Ed the GM for resolution.. again, two visits = two horrific experiences! Won’t be back! Photo of burger here!

This review will be much like the others, but let me just say one thing. I am up OBSESSED with Chili’s chips and salsa. They are probably the only reason that I ever come back here. I don’t know how they make that creaking salsa so good… And I’ve tried to duplicate it at home. Okay okay, their food is decent too. We probably actually visit here 2 – 3 times a year and it hits the spot(mostly because of the aforementioned chips and salsa). We usually get the two for $ 20 deal because it actually is a good deal, it comes with chips and salsa & we get plenty of food to fill us up. This location is usually crowded, but the service was good. We’ll return in our usual 3 to 6 months, and I’ll continue to get my chips and salsa to go whenever I damn well feel like it! ;)

Food was good. They were busy and I think our waitress was new but we waited for 30 minutes for our bill. We lined dishes up at the end of the table and no one stopped by to clear them as we sat their with our arms folded making a game out of it. The manager walked by 5 times and just looked at the pile of dishes. I think she the managee should rethink her career choice.

Nice clean bar area and TK behind the bar gives great service with a smile. Unfortunately the food is awful. Very canned tasting and not fresh. Very disappointing. Won’t be back. Too many other great places to spend food dollars.

While I get the holiday season makes everything busier, this food was subpar. We had soup/salad at 2:30. I had chili. It was lukewarm and I am not entirely sure that the meat was real. My daughter had the loaded potato soup. She had to send back the first bowl as it was not how she ordered. The servers were great and kept our glasses full. We were checked on frequently, but the food was terrible.

I wandered here because of a friend’s invite to have lunch with him and his friends since they were in the area. Aside from the company, my experience here wasn’t a thriller. I had the lunch combo: chicken enchilada soup and Santa Fe chicken quesadilla. This was a half serving of each, but since I was eyeing the quesadilla anyway, a warm soup was a nice additional item. To my dismay, the food wasn’t spectacular. The service was pretty decent though. The soup was luke warm, and wasn’t very tasty. Perhaps if it was hotter than it would have been better. Perhaps. The quesadilla had a flavorful kick due to the sauce, but it wasn’t spectacular by any means. The fries were not hot at all. They were somewhat cold and stiff. These weren’t the thin potatoes fries either, they were the thick type so it was like eating cold potato sticks. :\ The service itself was pretty alright. Everyone was friendly and cordial enough. The wait time for the food wasn’t fun. For some reason at 2PM on a Friday afternoon brought in so many folks that made the wait time for the food longer than usual. But I seriously think they cooked the food and just let it sit there(because our party had 4 individuals) since nothing on my plate was hot. The soup that was brought out was luke warm. The quesadilla was barely warm, and the fries weren’t even warm. Parking was plentiful. This location is located near the AMC theaters so use that as a reference point. Other than the company, the wait time and food quality won’t be drawing me back anytime soon.

Hadn’t been to a Chili’s in yrs and forgot how good they can be. My wife had the lowest calorie dish, surprisingly a sirloin steak! I had the spicy shrimp tacos and that was good, too. Service a little slow, and the restaurant was freezing; had to go to the car and get something else on to keep warm. But, overall, a good dining value.

I ordered a meal here at the North Point Location the other night. I have food allergies so I requested from both the waiter & manager that there are no peppers of any kind in my meal & no gluten(gluten free menu). I asked for the meat to be cooked plain. I ate my meal not realizing that they went ahead & put Cajun Spice Mix in my food, which is made from several types of peppers. When I confronted the manger & waiter they brought out the mix which had no ingredients listed, but said no allergens or contains soy allergen. They both said that this is translated to mean I am not allergic to any of it LOL. I had to explain that it means none of the 8 or so main allergens are not in the ingredients & if so, it’s listed. The manager kept asking, «What do you want us to do for you ma’am». I said I was trying to educate them that if they don’t know the ingredients don’t put them on someone’s food without asking! I was freaking out & went home to take allergy meds ASAP. The really funny thing is the manager Mike asked me if I wanted the rest boxed up to go! Pretty sad. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with food allergies or Celiac Disease. They brought me plain meat cooked to go but I took a bite this morning & felt nauseous so I threw it out. Just an FYI.

I’m a pretty understanding patron but our experience here was pretty terrible. So terrible I’m not even inclined to wordsmith this review so I’m going to just list out everything that could have definitely gone better. 1. Ordered coffee, got it but the waitress sped off before we could ask for creamer.(Shouldn’t she ask us?). Coffee was cold by the time she decided to check on us again. Eventually she brought the hot coffee. 2. The plates they brought us for our appetizer were DIRTY. See attached picture. They had to bring us new plates. 3. We asked only for two little substitutions. Broccoli instead of fries with the ribs, and the chipotle bowl, just without rice. The ribs came with fries and the bowl was full of rice. They had to bring additional broccoli and then I had to wait some more as they took my bowl and brought me a new one. Don’t try to be low carb here. I’m never coming back. I suggest you listen to mine and everyone else’s review lately and find another place to eat. Not worth the time, frustration, or hygiene risk. I will mention the manager came by and offered us a free dessert because of this terrible service and took my chipotle bowl off the bill. Except the waitress wasn’t around to even order the dessert, the bill was messed up so that the bowl was charged twice, and basically we left feeling unbelievably exasperated. We literally paid money not because we had good food or good service but so we could leave this terribly managed restaurant.

Service was very good but the food just didn’t cut it for me. The baby back ribs seemed undercooked and was served lukewarm. Plus veins in the ribs were left in. I know now to leave the barbecue to the professionals and only eat barbecue at true barbecue restaurants, at least no to eat barbecue at Chilis.

Really? Sending the parmesan encrusted tilapia back. Waiter asked if we wanted it less done. I said no. We want it not burnt.

Chillis makes me feel bi-polar about it if I eat there too much. It’s like this, occasionally, I think, why don’t I eat here more? This is cheap and good. Then it seems if I revisit in a week or 2, I get a bad meal on that visit, and think, this place is aweful! It’s a predictable pattern now. I think Chilis will stick to being my 3 – 4 times a year place, for it’s geographical convenience and wanting some highly salty grilled chicken related item and the rare french fry crave. I’m not too fond of much else on the menu that I’ve had. It’s cheap, I’ll give it that, but man o man, Chilis must go through an ocean of salt weekly, which is maybe why that first visit is so good, I’m a salt junkie, but even a salt junkie can only take so much.

I try to avoid the chain restaurants. This would have been considered one of the better places in Jensen Beach /Port St. Lucie, from which I moved in 2008… but this is Atlanta. The story of my being here is I was: 1. Shopping for furniture 2. Alone 3. Trying to get to a movie next door. I ordered a burger and some chips and salsa. I was ‘hungry’. The couple to my right at the bar were very young and cute. The 40 somethings on my left were deeply into their drinks, and very entertaining in a drunk suburban white way. The bartender was a young woman, and very attentive, and very busy. She made sure I was well taken care of and got me to my movie with minutes to spare. Friendly, courteous, boisterous, busy, and the food: Chilis.
