Our family highly recommends Burstein Orthodontics for orthodontic care. Dr. Burstein and his staff are all friendly, professional, and on top of things. The average wait time to be seen is less than five minutes. The Alpharetta location is cleaned, organized & has complimentary coffee & tea available at all times.
They have a variety of treatment options & financial arrangements/​insurance information is explained thoroughly. They also encourage good oral hygiene by doing quarterly drawings to win ipod minis & giving their patients tokens for brushing & flossing well. Each token is worth $ 1 & when returned at the end of treatment, a check will be issued & mailed to you for that amount.
I appreciate Dr. Burstein’s honesty regarding when my children actually need braces. He is not one to start a «phase one» with everyone, but may tell you only one set is recommended & to check back in a year or so, after they have lost all their baby teeth.
