I’ve been using this place for almost a year. They are fine with dark color clothes and they are cheaper than some of other cleaners for sure. But it turns out you get what you pay for, and sometimes not even that much. NEVER bring your light color clothes here. Not only did they fail to clean some of my clothes, some of them came back with more spots than when I left them. But this isn’t even the worse part. When I first walked in, the store owner left her TV show running in the back which was distracting and unprofessional. When confronted about the poor job they did on my clothes, her retort was, «It’s not our fault.» Well excuse me for expecting the dry CLEANER to clean my clothes. Her general attitude and treatment of me as a customer was simply hard to believe. Shouting at customers, saying things like, «It’s your fault, not our fault,» and in general perpetrating an argument with a customer is no way to run a shop. It’s hard to believe someone like her would be in charge of interacting with customers. Even my husband who has the best temper in the world said this woman was completely lacking common courtesy and can’t be reasoned with. Anyways, will definitely report how badly they conduct business to BBB and never go back. Need to find a better service and more responsible dry cleaner now.

Amazing job on a stain and they do this classy clip on your shirts when you bring several in at the same time. Very professional!

Designer Cleaners is a small shop adjacent to Tuscany Café in the AMLI apartment complex. My clothes are always ready on time and ironed with crisp and straight creases. I have never had a garment ruined there. A typical dress shirt is dry cleaned and pressed for under $ 2. You can confidently entrust your garments to this shop.
