Wow! What great customer service! These ladies had me in and out of there in under an hour! I got a mani with gel polish and a regular pedi and an eyebrow wax. All the ladies worked very well together and did everything to meet my time constraint. Great place!

I have been going to this salon for over a year and have always had a positive experience.

I have been going here for a couple of years and it just keeps going downhill. I will not return! Today I went in for a manicure, pedicure and lip wax. They did the manicure and pedicure at the same time. The pedicure was short and missed some of the typical services they do, like she forgot or wasn’t sure what to do. She cut my skin on several toes and it was painful. The manicure was so quick because the woman was more concerned with the soap opera on TV and kept stopping to watch. She also did not do half of the services typically performed. The lip wax included ripping skin off of my lip. All three services were completed in under 35 minutes. Huge disappointment. The customer service is totally gone from this place. I feel like I should have been paid to sit through that.

I’ve been going here for a while now and every time I leave here there is always something wrong with my service. I continue to go back giving them the benefit of the doubt and I continue to be disappointed. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again a day in my life. Their customer service is awful! I went into there today to get a pedicure and when the lady put 3 coats of just sparkly nail polish on I asked her nicely to change it, she then says «I already put 3 coats on I can’t change it» that’s poor customer service. If I’m putting out my money you can change what I need to be changed !

I am a repeat customer. If you want quick service call ahead because they keep busy. Normally in the weekdays they can seat you right away. They are very good at getting it just how you want it and I am picky, I normally get gel manicure and normal pedicure, it takes about 40 to 60 minutes from when you get seated. I always see repeat customers because they have good customer service and are want you to come back.

I had never had a manicure/​pedicure before about a year ago when my wife first took me to Ellen’s Nails. As a man it is not familiar territory and I don’t see many men there when I go. But the staff treats me great, I am always happy with the manicure/​pedicure, and I feel comfortable which is important to me. For the work they put in I always feel like the price is reasonable. They can be very busy but if I make an appointment they are always ready when I get there.

When I first started coming to this salon, I found that the women were friendly, attentive, and the services were well done! However, since then, I have found that I leave disappointed every time! The past 3 times I have come to Ellen’s I have been charged different amounts for the same service (Fill-​in w/​polish) and my nails have looked worse and worse. I had a fill-​in done less than 1 week ago that ALREADY needs correction. My cuticles were left to bleed and my polish was applied carelessly. I have also had pedicures and gel manicures done here. Pedicures are nothing spectacular and my gel manicure chipped within 3 days, which I would expect if I worked with my hands often but I do not and have never had a gel manicure that lasts for less than 1.5 weeks. Time to find another salon!

This place is AWFUL ZERO stars. I hate this place. I came in after work for a day to get a regular manicure. They have AWFUL customer service skills. I only think one person who was working that day speaks English. It took forever for the lady to notice me and I was standing right in front of her too! What she also did was have 2 people go ahead of me when I was in line wayy before them. They also rush you and do a terrible job. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Save your money!!! My friends have even had problems with them in the past. HONEST REVIEW!

The most unrelaxing pedicure ever. I brought my 7 year old along to get her nails painted and the woman was very rude to her. She told me I had a lot of patience but I guess she’s just never been around kids to know they fidget. She gave attitude the whole time. I will never go back.

I happened on this salon when I broke a nail and had stopped to go to Kroger. Tina took care of me and I liked how she did my nails so much I’ve been coming back ever since! 4 or 5 years now? wow long time.lol. I have occasionally used the other girls when Tina is on vacation and they are all good. The spa Pedicures are phenominal. usually hour long spa pedicures. Ti does mine she is so awesome! She takes her time and the massages they do on your legs and feet are awesome. They clean their instruments after every use too. They also do waxing. The prices are great too!

I have gone to this place since I started getting my nails done for middle school dances. It’s very clean and well kept, they clean everything they use like clockwork after each use. The ladies are cheerful and nice, I have never had the feeling I was being disrespected or talked about, as is common among other salons. They always do a great job. I’m someone who doesn’t get their nails done often so when I inevitably mess one up before I get out the door they kindly fix it with a smile. This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Good prices and great service, you can’t beat it.

Located in the «Kroger» shopping center, this little known salon has Asian women that are very attentive. Walkins are welcome, in fact that is the only way that I have gone there. They have four message foot spa chairs, although I have had one or two times that the message control buttons were not exactly functioning properly but I can live with that. The ladies do the most incredible and «long» foot and leg messages as part of the spa pedicure! They are not on «egg timers» as some other salons in the neighborhood where they are taking care of you against a certain set time. There is a plasma TV on usually with some show on that you can zone out on. Weekends tend to be busy and of course during holidays you will have to wait a few minutes to get to a chair. I have had both manicures, acrylics done there, and spa pedi’s. Service is polite. They have OPI nail polish and do update with seasonal colors.
