I just got off phone with manager of this location and I am so upset I am shaking. They promised Fed Ex delivery by Monday AM; made the point to tell me that if I paid extra: $ 44 it would be delivered on Monday. On Monday afternoon, I found out it was never delivered and the envelope was STILL IN THE OLD MILTON STORE. I can not image why Fed Ex allows their name to be used like this. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! They are lying thieves!

Horrible is an «understatement». FedEx needs to do something about the horrible manager at this location– I think her name was Tiffany. She should not be allowed to talk to customers! Also this other feminine African American male cashier who is just outright incompetent. Very disappointed with Fedex today. I was carrying a 80 pound package which I was made to carry in out the store 2 times with no help and given a very hard time with rude customer service. They just lost a customer for life!

Are you kidding me. Customer service… 0 stars. Called 2 times, was very nice, I cannot tell you how much rude they were (the same female person). After this I will NEVER use FEDEX anymore!

Omg. If I could give 0 stars I would! Their manager is terrible. They have the worst customer service I have ever had! I will never go back and I’m not the only one. Two separate customers walked out today in the time it took me to send one package (which was 30 or so minutes because the lady wouldn’t answer my questions). They left yelling they would never come back because of the rude, lazy manager.
I told a coworker about this experience and she shared similar stories. She refuses to go back after rude comments were made towards her.
I don’t know how that lady still has a job or how that fedex location is still in business.
