Brand Ambassadors, beware! Fusion won’t think twice about letting the client replace you with the on-site back-up, and they will not bother sticking up for you in the event of a wrongful termination (I had photo proof, but they still wouldn’t acknowledge my side). This has happened to me, as well as one of my other BA friends. I have learned my lesson and will only work with an agency that treats me like a valued member of the team, and who doesn’t think it’s okay to leave me a message after Day 1 of an event to tell me that I did a great job, but then send me home upon my arrival on Day 2 (without reimbursing my parking as previously agreed).
