Great Clips

WORST SERVICE EVER ! They hardly trim your hair in 2−3min and that too make it look worst. Over that they demand for tips !!! Better to find a different place for hair cut.

Decided to stop here to get my daughter’s hair cut. She was in desperate need of a trim. We walked in and the place was not busy at all. You don’t need an appointment either which is a good thing. The girl I shirred Sydney to a chair and brushed out her hair and then asked me how much hair did I want cut. I told her how much and she even showed me with her fingers how much she was going to take off. Then she started cutting. The next time I looked at my daughter I saw over 2 inches on the ground. That is not at all what I had asked for and I didn’t want to make a big deal in front of my daughter because she was already anxious about having too much hair cut off. So I couldn’t say anything but I was not happy. She also brushed her hair pretty roughly and my daughter said it was hurting. After we left, my daughter was not happy either. I’m not sure how I’m ever going to get her to the salon again for a very long time.

I’m over it — SADDLEBROOK Location in Johns Creek, GA is the worst. I checked in on-​line then went and picked my child up from school and drove to the location (After sitting for 20 minutes in traffic since they have Jones Bridge closed). I get there and it turns out that my name was kicked out for «NOT SHOWING UP» — SERIOUSLY??? There are now 6 people in front of my child again. I call Corporate who tells me that the Owner can decide how long before the system Kicks you out. Well listen Mr. Owner. .. I’m heading to Sport Clips a mile down the road. Perhaps I will be treated with more respect there.

Friendly environment, and friendly staff. I bet all the stylist there are good but my personal favorite is sara, really nice and talented stylist.
