Save youself the pain — Do not do any business with JC Barn. My laptop stopped charging the battery a few days before an interantional travel. I found an external charger on JC Barn website. I emailed them to verify that I could get it before my travel. I got an immediate response saying that if I ordered by next afternoon with 2days shipping I would get it before I leave. I ordered right away. The next day I got a tracking number, but it took them another 2 days to shipped it. Needless to say — I traveled without the external charger. Now I am back, very upset. I sent them emails and called many time — Nobody answers the phone or the emails. I have not opened their package yet. I still wish I could return it and get a full refund.
