I was very nervous and excited about my augmentation and Dr. Bauer put me at ease with his wonderful bedside manner and humble tone. His nurse is the best ever and has taken such great care of me.
Nancy was my first point of contact and she was so outgoing and happy and get me right in.
I read the reviews about the horrible wait times and how the staff doesn’t care after they get your money. I’m sorry but that is completely slanderous. They have been nothing but wonderful and called me several times after my surgery to check on me and make sure I was comfortable and ok. Which I must say I have been totally perfect.
I have already recommended Dr. Bauer to several people and one is scheduled to get her new set of twins in a few weeks!

I was soooooo displeased with my results, and they made no real effort to fix anything. Once the money was paid ($ 9000), little was done in the way of correspondence. Firstly, most other plastic surgeons have BMI requirements for optimal results. I was 45 pounds over the acceptable limit and I was allowed to go for surgery anyway. When I saw absolutely no results, despite having a personal trainer, they tried to blame me!!! Unacceptable. I was really surprised because I’m a physician also, and I figured there would be a professional courtesy at least!!! Not at all. They offered me cool sculpting… really!!! Over it. I have lost the weight requested by Dr. Salzhauer in Miami (he’s amazing) and am scheduled to correct the poor contouring by Dr. Bauer. To be honest… he’s great with breasts, but nothing else!!! Save your money if you want anything other than breasts!!!

I was very nervous and unsure of plastic surgery so I began as everyone else does; I scoured google and looked up local plastic surgeons in my area. I met with one before hearing about Dr. Bauer and was almost completely turned off to the idea. She was very knowledgeable but the chemistry was not there and the office felt cold and it did nothing but add stress to the situation. I heard about Dr. Bauer from a few friends who had used him for their own breast augmentation. I was again very hesitant as this is not an inexpensive procedure plus the addition worry of health risks afterwords. My friends advised me this is not your ‘normal practice’ and boy were they right. I was put at ease from the moment I walked into the office and met his staff. The waiting rooms are so warm and inviting it almost makes it seem as though it is not real or that surely it is a false image of the work; this is not true at all. He was wonderful from the consultation all the way through my surgery and after! His nurses are amazing and have answered numerous phone calls and emails with silly questions and concerns I may have had, and they all answered making me feel as though no question is too silly. when I went into my surgery I was so nervous words cannot explain and it was unbelievable how at ease everyone made me feel. I cannot express how highly I think of this practice, Dr. Bauer, his staff and my experience. It was life changing which sounds very cliché but it was! I am six weeks out and I cannot thank them enough for making me love myself for the first time in my life. I would recommend him and would do it all again with no regrets. I love my results and even my boyfriend thinks they are great!
