I paid another company to attempt repair on my gas logs. The first time they said it was the wrong thing which I realized after replacing that part and the fireplace still didn’t work. The 2nd time they were there they replaced a part but quickly found it also was not the problem… so they gave up. I reached out to Tony who went by the next day and figured it out in less than 5 minutes. Wish I had found Tony first! Very polite, quick to respond and clearly more knowledgeable than others. Highly recommend!

I absolutely would not recommend Kettles and Grates. We reached out to Tony because we needed a custom grate for a new stone charcoal grill that we just completed in our backyard. He came out to measure immediately and informed us that he would get back to us with a quote that same afternoon. We never heard back from him. We called him numerous times, left messages with his wife and emailed him. We even indicated that if our job was too small to make it worth his while, he just needed to let us know so that we could move on. He didn’t have enough courtesy to even respond. Based on this experience, we would NEVER contact Kettles and Grates again for anything regardless of the size of the job. Nor would we recommend them to anyone looking to build an outdoor kitchen. The shame of it all is that all we asked for was to be told if our job was too small for them. Great customer service generally takes very little effort, but it’s the one thing that leaves the most lasting impression.

Highly impressed with Tony and his company. We were putting in a pool and decided last minute to add an outdoor kitchen into the plan. Problem was that the construction guys needed the grill on site that same day for measurement purposes. After searching online for local companies that sell high quality grills, I came across Kettle and Grates. Spent 30 minutes reviewing the K&G website and then called Tony for advice. We decided on a grill, Tony took my credit card information over the phone, and he delivered the grill a couple of hours later… just in time for the crew. Just fantastic service. And if that wasn’t enough, when we discovered a small manufacturing defect upon installation, Tony came out the next business day to replace the part… no questions asked. Refreshing to see a business care that much about the customer experience.
