This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. To begin with, the dental hygienist told me that we are about to have a major terrorist attack in the U.S. and that I had better stock up on canned goods and perishables immediately. I found this conversation to be ridiculous and that I was here for dentistry only. The woman is insane. Next, the dentist came in and informed me that I had major bone loss and severe gum disease. My previous dentist of 10 years never mentioned that to me. Dr. Obeid refused to do a general cleaning and said that if I did not comply with his series of deep cleanings I would lose my teeth. I left and had my previous dentist and a periodontist review the x-rays taken and my dentist and the specialist agreed that there was nothing wrong with the condition of my teeth or gums. Please do not even consider going to this dental office. I am pursuing further complaints and charges against Kimball Bridge Dental Commons.

I needed a crown, I had to go twice in. Once it was too small and now it’s too sensitive that I need a root canal. Sorry, I do not recommend them to anyone. I’m not happy with the hygienist either. She spent less than 20 min on my teeth and I don’t really see any difference.

I agree with Cory, I had the same problem as Laura at more than one other office, but not this one. Kimball Bridge are the ones that saved me from having a «root canal and 8 cavities filled» that I really didn’t have. Would not trust another office after going to this one. Their dentist and staff are always friendly and helpful, the office is always clean, and it’s very easy to get the appointments that I need.

I have had the exact same problem here in Atlanta just like Laura Y, but it was elsewhere. For me, finding a good dentist had been the same problem in Atlanta in the same way you find a good mechanic. Try, try, try, and try and try again. Kimball Bridge Dental Commons has by far been the best location I have been to in the 15 years I have been here. For me, everyone has been quite friendly. They have told me things outside of the usual cleaning that need to be done or at least will eventually need to be done, but they are things that I have noticed myself throughout the years when looking in the mirror since I have not exactly been taking the best care of the teeth over the years. The dentist states things straight out, which is something I admire.

This place is a scam. Let me start by saying I’ve never had any dental problems, so much as a cavity. The first time I went in they took X-rays and did a general cleaning and seemed very nice. They told me my teeth and gums were very healthy and I had no problems. 6 months later they were very rough with my exam, poked my gums until they bled and told me I had gum disease and would need a very expensive procedure. When I refused they sent the office manager in who waved around my original X-rays(how unprofessional?!?) saying I had massive bone loss and they couldn’t work on me unless I forked over $ 700. I left, got a second opinion, and I do NOT have gum disease or any other problems. STAYAWAY.
