I love that they have a drive-​through!!! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff is very polite. All I had to do was roll down my back window and without being asked she made it a point to hang up my clothes for me.
If you’re looking for a new drycleaner in the area, this should be your choice. In addition to having the drive-​through, they also have same-​day service which is something you can’t find in very many drycleaners these days.

I was amazed that the owner lady remembered me after over a year. I picked this place out of the multitude of nearby cleaners (Master Cleaners is in the shopping center next door) because they got such good reviews on Kudzu (this was before I discovered the wonder that is Unilocal!) They have since raised the prices a little over a dollar in the past year, but I would much rather pay around $ 8.50 to dry clean a dress than $ 13 in Buckhead (the place my BF uses). Like all cleaners, the fancier the dress, the more it will cost to clean. During my last trip, I dropped off four dresses, one of which had to be handwashed. They charged $ 8.50 for two of them, $ 9.50 for the one to be handwashed (I was a bit confused about that… I thought it would be cheaper. I am not sure if they just went ahead and dry cleaned it by mistake) and $ 10.50 for the last one. The dresses were ready to be picked up after 5pm the next day, which is great.
The BF inquired about how much it would be to dry clean button-​down shirts — they charge $ 1.35. He also asked how much it would be to slim the sides of his shirts. Kimball Cleaners charges $ 14/​shirt. He was amazed at the price since other places he has asked charge around $ 40/​shirt. I can’t speak for their alterations work, though.
Kimball Cleaners is conveniently close to my parents — not so much to me – but if they do a good job, I will keep coming back.

For 17 years, my family used Vantage Cleaners (was located next to Dominos @ State Bridge/​Jones Bridge), and then one day it just disappeared out of the blue. WTF!
Thankfully, we had options (in fact, there are 7 cleaners within a 1 mile radius of the aforementioned intersection), and we decided to stick to the one closest to us– Kimball Cleaners.
Drop off your clothes, get a slip, and usually done within 24 hours (or sooner, depending on how badly you need it). You pay when you pick up.
This is where I take my suits and my higher-​end clothing and they take great care of them– I have heard nightmares of places ruining $ 2 – 300 shirts, thankfully I have not run into that issue here.
For the last visit, I dropped off 4 items and it cost just under $ 15, with a 20 hour turnaround. Not bad.
The lady is very friendly as well and has a stellar staff.
There is a drive through as well, but I do not utilize that (not my cup o tea).
I am actually glad that we were able to switch and I hope we can continue the same patronage as we did to Vantage!

Kimball Cleaners destroyed my dress with chemical stains and then refused to do a thing about it. Domingo a staff member wasted my time when I brought the dress back blaming it on me. He said the stains were everything from sweat (as if I work out in a silk dress and pumps), to make up, water etc. He actually had the nerve to tell me that if my dress had no stains on it when I turned it in to them that dry cleaning can «bring out hidden stains that I could not see until after». He also told me I should have brought it to a «speciality cleaners». The issue I had there was they are supposed to be that type of cleaners and one would think if the dress could not have been cleaned by them they would just let me know. For everyone out there I am 100% sure my dress was in perfect condition when I brought it to them. I joined Unilocal just to warn others to Run from this place!!!

I am VERY impressed with Kimball Cleaners! I had a cleaners near my home I had used for years but I was looking for something more convenient near the office. was gong to use the cleaners almost literally next door, but I arrived there on night just before close, and they motioned me to come inside rather than use the drop off window (I had a lot of stuff that night!). I said forget it — I will go to this other next door. I am so glad I did because I really like Kimball Cleaners!
The fact that Kimball Cleaners is cheaper than old place is a plus as well. However, though cheaper, the quality of their work is great! Their customer service is top notch! On only my second or third visit they remembered my name and did not even need my claim ticket! I highly recommend Kimball Cleaners.

These guys have been good so far. The only complaint that i have is the shirt collar button area. They cannot seem to get this straight. My last cleaner (in N GA) used to put a plastic holder on each shirt collar and they looked great. I have asked these guys to do this a few times but to no avail. One last chance this week and then we will see.
Other than this issue (which, my wife thinks is a non-​issue!!) they have been great.
UPDATE: 11÷09÷07: I had complained about the collars and they are now taking care of each shirt collar. Great news for me and most of the guys out there…
