Clothes always come back clean, but this is a given. $ 4.75 for one pair a pants? I’ll be going elsewhere. I was going to this location for awhile, but each time I go, their prices somehow become more expensive??? They don’t give you an itemized receipt, and they barely speak any English. They also take 3 – 4 days which is unacceptable. When I lived in Gwinnett, I had a place that did $ 0.99 shirts and pants were less then $ 2. Needless to say, I’ll be trying other dry cleaners.

I use King World cleaners whenever I visit my parents in Alpharetta. The one thing I like about them is that they do have a next day service with Saturday finish. However I have noticed a number of issues which have become a pattern: 1) The clothes don’t always come back clean 2) They regularly forget to box my shirts when I ask for them boxed. 3) Most recently I dropped off a suit and a shirt for Saturday completion so I could wear it on a trip on Monday. They issued a ticket which said Saturday by 4pm. Then when I arrived they hadn’t cleaned my jacket at all and my trouser had been cleaned but it still had a stain on it. Not only that but my jacket now had a new stain that wasn’t there before. I was livid. Plus they charge me for cleaning a suit which was not cleaned and not pressed because they claimed they started cleaning it. Ridiculous business practice in my opinion. I won’t use them again.
