update after the threat i received from an employee at the salon i requested on Unilocal to speak to an owner about the situation
the stylist/​manager did a horrible job on the service requested highlights
she bleached my hair line
spots on my strands of highlights looked like cheatah spots because she used a splatting like way to but the bleach on
my shirt got soaked and bleached on
the haircut was uneven and just not done corect
was there from 5 till 1 in the am trying to fix it
at the end exhausted and traumatized my mother who was there the entire time
went to the front to pay my mom leaves a 25 dollar tip we felt bad for her didn’t realize the bad hair cut till i got home my hair was still wet i get my card to pay she says no i can’t take payment from you your not happy with service and i cant except payment because I’m not proud of the result after trying more than 3xfixing it. i said okay put my card back in the wallet my mom says no you should pay so is said ok your right even though i agreed with the stylist i shouldn’t have to pay for the horrible service done to my hair. even with that thought in mind i hand her my card and says no i told you you don’t have to pay for the service i know your not satisfied if you like to come back tuesday i will try to fix it again. she ackknloweded her service was done horrible so we leave exhausted SAD with the way my hair turned out the next day i started looking to have consultations to fix the damage done the same day the lady decides to change up what happened she said she got in trouble for being at the salon late and not getting payment from me and now i needed to pay she starts threatening me by message so i of course speak to an officer to tell them i feared for my safety later in the next week i meet with the owner because the messages sent to me are inappropriate and he should know how unproffesional the manager /​stylist was behaving i meet with him tell my side of events he does not apologize he try to make excuses for her he isn’t even a stylized or licensed so he has no idea what he’s talking about this is in January 2016 he asks me if I’m the one who posted that someone in the salon threaten me i said yes he said you take that down and you don’t have to worry about payment i said i was told before i left not to pay and that i didn’t owe because the service was done poorly and like a unprofessional did it so no i am not going to remove the Unilocal review how ever i did edit the review and forgot to repost the full story so that people can know my opinion and experience well i was busy with work but heres the tragic part of this story they have now in feb. made false statements to the police and now i have a warrant for my arrest for theft. i am not a thief I’m only a mother a self starter honest kind normal person wanting to do something for myself and have a service done which btw the promotion was by chemical purchase and get 2 haircuts free when they changed there minds about paying they said i had to pay for the haircuts also all this is absolutely ridiculous and so petty which btw the owner met my son why would he go after a mother who had a horrible service done at his salon didn’t even apologize when i told him my story. weeks later i have one of them filed charges against me.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Tammy is the best colorist, and stylist. She is so knowledgable. Really knows her stuff. Even the beauty shop next door sends their customers over to her if their clients have questions. That’s how good she is. On her own initiative she goes and takes classes and conferences to learn what’s trending.
Cuts and color here are reasonable. Not the cheapest, not outrageous prices either. You get boutique High End quality products and exceptional service for a reasonable price.
Every time I need coloring I come here. Best service. Place isn’t fancy which means prices are reasonable.

I just called in and spoke with a woman named Tammy. She was so informative and helpful. I am so excited now to have my hair done. Before calling this place I was so nervous because most places I called were acting like they were too busy or was not informative. I was plan ing on going from dark brown to platnuim blonde and she explained every step in great detail. I am so thankful I found this place. Can’t wait to post again of my results after going here. I’m sure it will be great as Tammy is very knowledgeable about her craft. :)

My wife is so happy with the hair styles she gets from one of the managers, Sam, at this place (no, I’m not kidding about Sam). After all of the high-​priced places Ann has gone, it’s too funny to me that she found fantastic Sam at Fantastic Sam’s, and has been going there for two years. Me? Mom’s happy, I’m happy!
