I had my first visit before thanksgiving, I was told I had some gingivitis and a cavity. Then the dentist said I see you’ve agreed to the oral cancer screening he did it everything was fine.
Went back yesterday to get my cavity filled, and arrived at 10:40 am the appt was at 11am. Waited an hour and a half because he was with another patient. Then he and hygienist Vera tried to rush through everything and started drilling before the anesthesia could kick in. After they were done, I was only told don’t eat until the numbing goes away, and asked why hasn’t my insurance paid them yet, also I needed to pay $ 65 for the oral screening that according to them I didn’t have. I called at about 2pm because I was in extreme pain, fyi never had a cavity so never had the procedure. Was told they would call in a rx for 800mg ibuprofen but never did. Was flat out lied too. My pharmacy instructed me to give the after hours line a call this was at 3:15 pm got a call back saying take over the counter meds and put hot cloth on hurting side. I informed her that her co-​worker told me she was going call in a rx, she said she wasn’t supposed to tell you that but if you must have something for the pain give me the number to your pharmacy, and had an attitude about the fact I was in pain. I told her don’t worry about it just cancel my future appointments and hung up. Save yourself the headache and stay far far away.

I purchased an online coupon for this dentist thinking I was getting a great deal. However, after getting to the office and having my exam. I was told I have stage 5 gum disease. They never game me the cleaning that I paid for because they said I needed a deep cleaning where they pack my gums with antibiotics for an «additional fee» I was shocked! I take great care of my mouth and I had just been to the dentist a year ago. I was never told I ever had an issues. I got a 2^nd opinion with another dentist who told me my gums were fine and I did not have gum disease. Good luck staying in business when you lie to people to get more money.
