One of the WORST dental experiences in my life. Every visit takes approximately four hours because of the method of treatment. They fill every room and she leap frogs from one room to another. I’ve heard every customer in the adjoining rooms complaining of this method while I was there. The staff are very pushy and rude. The hours they are open are horrible. All in all, not worth the time. When I visited I was also told about the drastic cleaning needed and foolish that I was, went along with it. They maxed out my dental insurance on the first visit. It took them two visits to finish a root canal. She claimed my «roots were narrow» and that I had to heal before she could finish. Funny, an 78 year old dentist that I had seen previous did a root canal on my back molar in one visit without any issues. What’s even worse is that the work was never finished and even though they received payment from the insurance company they are expecting me to pay for work that was never done. Don’t waste your time with this dentist, Find one that has the time to see every patient properly and one that can complete the work in a timely and qualified manner.

The dentist herself is fine. She is nice and doesn’t bother me. However, the people who she has trusted to run that office need to take some basic classes in manners and customer service. They are the face of this office. Patients deal with them first, and last, and for everything surrounding the treatment provided. They should make time for you, answer your questions, and not act like someone’s going to get the last donut if they don’t run now. There was one guy I liked there and he’s no longer working there, which tells me something about this practice. I will NOT be spending any more of my money here.
